  • next time some hillybilly health department douchebag sprays chemicals down my street i'm gonna kill em

    go find thineself

    /watch?v=Nshlgc2jbPE&feature=related

  • Talking to binaryagent's recent comment, not you man :)

  • @klasfide00 Oh ok, wow didn't even see that person's comment down there.

  • You're an idiot, don't tell me, I've been working with these chemicals all my life. Go watch x-files some more moron.

  • @klasfide00 Who are you talking to?

  • those trucks are owned by Brevard county Florida, Brevard county mosquito control division. they are based out of Titusville by Tico air port and services the northern and middle areas of Brevard and they have another location in Valkeria for southern Brevard. I got one of those damn trucks that comes by my house every tuesday night around 9pm. during the summer months.

  • @rico06871 Thanks for the info! Yeah these trucks seem to be a staple of summer.

  • That gas isn't 'gas' if this is the company I work for which it probably is, its probably mosquito mist or anvil. Neither will hurt you unless you douse yourself in the raw chemical. This chemical is sprayed in ultra low volumes, just enough to kill mosquitos. Think of the size of a mosquito vs a human.

  • This is why I like YouTube! There's always someone that can clarify things! Thank you so much for your comment!

As for ownership of the truck, I believe this was a local government (city or county level) vehicle. The next time I see one, I'll look to see which gov't seal it has on the door.

  • @klasfide00

Actually the chemicals they spray have caused issues with animals. I saw studies that say there are no observed side effects in humans. That's not scientific proof it's safe for humans.

We are all being assaulted by many chemicals daily. Some of this is planned. To reduce the population. Look into it.

  • Aweseome.

  • Thanks

  • thats so awesome, i wish my town did this, the town next to me does but not mine, nice video!

  • If they didn't do that... I'd hate to see how bad the bugs would be here... it's not like we ever have a strong freeze to kill some of them.

  • yea, ur right there, unlike me up here in illinois

  • Yeah... I definitely miss winter! We never see snow here.

  • Hehe where would we be without these?

  • LOL You aren't kidding! We'd probably be up to our necks in mosquitoes without this.

  • Ah yes, good times. I worked for a mosquito control company for three years. I spent many nights fogging for mosquitoes. Good summer time college job.

  • I'll keep that in mind! How strong do you figure that gas is?

  • Scary... 5*****

  • lol, yeah it kind of makes you wonder how strong the poison is ;-)

  • lol yup

  • OH WOW,THIS BRINGS BACK SOOOOOO MANY MEMORIES!!! My hometown ran these when I was growing up, probably still does

  • Glad to bring back the memories for you! =)

  • nice! we have 2 foggers. the first is like this and the second is mounted an a small trailer and pulled by an suv or pickup

  • Don't think I've ever seen a trailer mounted one.

  • Here in Cas County, we have airplanes that spray mosquito killer, but once in a while they use trucks for small areas. 5*

  • Cool, thanks for letting me know!

  • No problem!

  • I remember like almost 12 yrs ago, LINY where I lived had a deadly mosquito problem & we had to have that crappy spray on everytime we went out! Then there were choppers that were spraying chemicals to kill them off!! I heard there were a couple of deaths back then! Thank god it don't happen in FL where I live now!

  • That sounds frustrating! I hope I never have to experience that many insects!

  • thats a loud machine LOL

  • Yeah, but it isn't really noticeable until it's close though.

  • wow sure dont have any of those here!

  • Glad I could share this with you!
