Everyone seems to be complaining that she isn't dressed how she is suggesting how to dress, but if you look through these videos, it's obvious most of them were filmed in one day, so she's probably just wearing what is comfortable for her, so just take the advice for what it's worth.

uhm. men have more problems with business clothes in summer anyway. we have to wear long trousers, a buttoned up shirt, closed shoes, some even a necktie. so what's the big deal for a woman here? I can see the problem on the other hand with women clothing in winter...

You should never wear a strappy tank top like that for business casual. Is she nuts? If your workplace permits sleeveless tops then the top should generally have atleast two to three finger width straps.
