1. WHO is going to have/give up ATS paperwork? its nonexistent or unavailable. @ZeroEightySix, publishers usually decide titles and the works structure. that is the chapters, content and it's order. the writer often simply presents his work in some mass and much is left out, reordered, and rewritten. peace :)
