If you don't want to go to the Blanchard River to go boating ... just wait for awhile and the river will come to you. Just walk down the stairs from the top floor and there it is in the living room.

My great great grandafther had the original grist mill on this river before and during the Civil War. He made whiskey -but got closed down by Lincoln's stamp tax act.
