You can't say that the shaman is tanking because shaman don't have any aggro spells/talents, so saying lvl 70 shaman kills avatar of hakkar is correct.

A 70 shaman can tank a level 50 instance easily. Frost Shock and CL is more than enough. Shamans dont have the mitigation or a taunt to tank instances their level.

i traditional tanked, like 5 man, w/healer and dps, Blood Furnace at 66, and Slave Pens at 70, as enhance, and my gear is horrible. Plus, there was a shaman who tanked a boss in Kara, not sure which one, when rockbiter had a lot of threat. Anything is truly possible, if youre good enough and have the right gear :D
