  • Melodrama, that's what it is. Ted knows what his audience wanted to hear, and he delivered. (I imagine him wearing Ray-Bans and a baseball cap at the podium.) But I think his conscience is slowly creeping in. Why else think of a selfish thing like suicide when your children have nobody else to turn to? Guilt? And why dig up bones about your in-laws at such a solemn moment? To divert the blame?

  • don't be fooled with what you hear..don't be judgemental

  • he was forced to be on the defensive because of the stupidity, gross incompetence, intolerable ignorance and horrendous mishandling of the case by the super grand macro moronic Philippine Police.

  • This is not a eulogy, rather it's a way to divert the issue. Ted's chioce of words are synonymous to defending himself. Define eulogy Ted, only the guilty ones will do the same thing as what you have done. You're a liar.

OK? from 0:0 - 7:38 ? where are you?

  • I felt sad on what happened. Ted was right in saying sorry on what he said on his wife eulogy. it sounds bitter, sa halip na alalahanin ang masayang araw ng kanilang pinagsamahan. But I know he doesn't meant it, nadala lang ng emosyon. It;s my first time to hear that kind of eulogy. God bless you and your family.

  • Whatever grievances he had with the family, it should have been kept in private and not for the whole nation or the world to know. This is what made me confused. The eulogy was for Trina and if she was alive, she won't be happy to hear about this, too.

Hinahamon namin kayong i-RECITE isa isa yung MIRANDA RIGHTS and yung meaning of OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE sa harap ng Quezon City Hall... ;)

  • Boss Ted, in behalf of our family in Calumpit, Bulacan and Tandang Sora, Quezon City we would like to extend our depeest sympathy and condolences to you and the rest of your family. We will pray that you and your family will be guided by the Almighty from all of this investigations. God bless you.

  • The police was wrong to the point that they forced people to go with them, but there was no warrant of arrest served. They say t'was an invite for an investigation but they "forced" people to go with them. They can force people like that if they resist arrest (with warrant to support the act), but one can just turn down the invite. As for the so-called "obstruction of justice", it is not the case at all. Rather it's tampering (with) of possible evidences. Education is needed in that country.

  • i think, there's no justice for how their family was treated. whether he's guilty or not, they were treated like animals by the local cops. Very disrespectful.

How sad to see how people can cast a stone on someone we barely know or not at all know. Hoping we don't have to go through this.

  • Ted Failon's eulogy was not a eulogy. It's not only a self-gratification speech of his rise from rags to riches, but a dig against his in-laws as well and to all those who don't believe him.

His shooting himself as an end to all his miseries and all his problems is very bizarre, if not out of place...

  • ted eulogy is as formail praise for someone who died...why are your in-laws included.. you're asking for reconciliation but you want to blow your brains out..that speech of yours (not eulogy) dont make sense.. you are a very bitter person..may God bless you..

  • Ditto. Ted's deep and resentful feelings against his in-laws just opened the window of the conflict between him and his wife. Perhaps, a substancial financial commitment involving her family that Ted does not know of and Trina was keeping secret from him all the years they've been together? Was it the reason for her suicide? Plausible enough for a guilt-driven last note Trina wrote to Ted Failon before her death.... Pure conjecture, but what a tragedy.

    condolence ted.
