I Luke the English, but the Japanese one brought me to tears. Great video, it makes me think how they mist have felt. It's probably a thousand, no a million times worse than how I feel. I'm alone my family doesn't care about me much, and everyone at school looks at me with those cold, hate-filled eyes. I like this version slightly better than the english version, yes, but saying that the Japanese version of the song has 'deeper' meaning than the English version is complete and utter bullshit since...well it's not even a Japanese song to begin with. Each language uses different words to make it sound similar to the original so saying that a different version of the 'same song; has a deeper meaning than another version is completely untrue. Both versions of the song almost made me cry. T_T

I love this video. The song is harsher than the English version but it makes more sense to be harsh since betrayal does hurt like a *beep* especially when you trust that person. Good idea using Gaara and Naruto since they are different from everybody else but the same as each other.

The biggest different is the english version refers to Kovu in third person, the Japanese version refers to him in second person. And thus the Japanese version feels more personal but the english version makes Kovu seem more like an outsider because their talking about him not to him, even though hes there. So in short both work.

I prefer this version because its harsher. Its how I feel people treat me so I feel a connection to the one its being sang at (If that makes sense) So I think that the others are to soft and don't really show the feeling. The Hebrew one is also quite good.

I like these lyrics better than the ones on Marii26's video. Has anyone noticed that the japanese version is always more harsher than any other version? Examples are this song and My Lullaby. This version is harsh because they actually say that he's different from them and they're not his friends and then the last "you're a stranger" is so harsh but in other languages it's said much softer, like they're sad for him. Not in the japanese version though.
