there is a easier way, go to the beginning where the zombies are and stand on the stairs just out of there reach, and you can wait there over night and your familiar will be leveled up fully with ease

It's a nice trick but you can't stay a bat all nite and wait for your sword familiar to gain experience points. You'll run out of magic.

Well the only thing I didn't know was that you can play a secret track from the CD if you put it in a CD player. Other than that... I was born knowing.

@UberGamerKing You get the sword familiar by breaking the ceiling in the room that is below where you fought Orlox.

@keplekpleko It's in Orlox's Quarters. Go down to where the fountain is and go left after you enter the building there will be a spot a little ways down that you can break the ceiling.

@keplekpleko The sword familiar's card is found in the Catacombs...there's an area of ceiling there you can bust open. I forget the exact screen, but the Fairy familiar will point out the breakable tile if you have her out.

@MentorOfMinos no you get it at orlox's quarters where the three candle lights are you can use sub-weapons to get it or you could use his sword.
