Ok seriously, Fei is a really obscure character who takes skill and a lot of adjusment to play. He isn't broken or cheap anything, people need to stop complaining

Towards the end of SSF4 people were realizing that he was easily a top 5 character then he got some decent buffs in AE and more importantly all the other top characters but him got significantly nerfed. In AE his groundgame shuts down most of the cast outside the twins and Zangief. Also he has had a huge surge in popularity among the top players recently as a result. That's why people are complaining.
