Wow, Christy realll gets better with each match. Even if it was by DQ and she doesn't get the title, she BEAT Awesome Kong! That is real improvement. And she did it while taking on Raeesha and Khan, which are both formidable in their own right.
Hemme is not going to wrestle again. Her spinal injury has effected her mentaly. She said it was not fair to her opponents to put them in that situation
Gotta love Christy's passion and determination! Shame they never put a title on her before she retired...she deserved it! She was and still is a great worker(although she dont wrestle anymore), never complained, always did what was asked of her and more, and was just trying to learn as much as she could from every experience! Christy Hemme was one of the best Diva Search Winners back in her WWE days. It was a kick off start for her wrestling career. I love both WWE and TNA, but both companies have done the dumbest things in the past few years. Such as releasing some of the good wrestlers. For TNA it's just because they don't give raises in payment to wrestlers, that's why the leave the company. For WWE, it's usually because of either failed drug tests on wrestlers or the fans get board, sometimes its other reasons.

@vonVile Yes and give props to AJ...he took his personal time to train Christy and work with her and the improvements were clear to see! AND...he cared enough to MAKE her stop training and get checked out when he discovered she was having problems...he earned even more respect from me for that!
I remember this match alot!! When I was watching TNA and WWE and Christy was just fun to watch to me. Too bad she retired and TNA don't really put something on her. Taylor Wilde had no passion for the business and wanted out before her 25th birthday, Hamada was too expensive to book, and they've been using Alissa Flash/Raisha Saeed as a jobber/non wrestling character WAY before Hogan and Bischoff came in. Besides everybody knows Kong works stiff as hell. That may work well against the knockouts, and the divas of doom but I don't see that working well against the Bellas, Eve or Kelly Kelly.

Hogan and Bischoff wanting to get rid of the x-division was nothing more than the dirt sheets trying to jin up website hits. that story was proven false. Bischoff has turned the x-division into what WCW's crusierweight division was and it now has some more structure to it. The x-division is getting more screen time now than they were back in 2009 he knockout division is better (before only half the girls could work) and i doubt they're going to job Roode with all this hype.

pretend that I've never watched an episode of TNA Impact and try to explain the x-division to me? It's not good from a marketing standpoint when you can't describe a "weight class". Also TNA wasn't good from a marketing standpoint either because in business meeting Bischoff had to spend a half an hour explaining the sponsors that TNA didn't mean tits and ass wrestling. Add ODB and Roxxi to your list of knockouts and you just named all the girls that could work.the rest sucked.

So your saying KOs like Angelina, Christy, Traci, Madison and Velvet sucked? No they didnt! They could ALL work! Christy for example, was great on the mic, was improving every time she got in the ring, and was great at selling bumps! The rest are good to!
As far as the KO's go Madison wasn't there, Angelina was jobbing and Velvet was still a bit green, Sojo, Bolt Rakha Khan and Salinas all sucked. Traci has some weird birth defect that keeps her from being as good as she could be.
No weight limits sounds good in theory but nobody's going to buy something like Abyss vs Scott Steiner for the x-division title. the x-division wrestlers wrestle a cruiserweight style. turning them into the crusierweight division makes perfect sense.
@sakonhagakure Thats why they would never book something like Abyss vs Steiner for the X-Division title...it would be Abyss vs Kendrick or Steiner vs Kazarian...to keep it exciting! Its always fun to see 2 guys from a different weight class mix it up...thats part of what the X-Division was! Now they have ruined that aspect of it!

i loved this cos in WWE if someone interfears the normally just beat the guy down and they dont get back up... but here, christy kicked the hell out of all 3 of them, even after they beat her up.. if it was wwe, all 3 would have just beat christy down and be done with it... full marks to TNA here

@sakonhagakure Most of the ppl you named had ties witn TNA LONG before Hogan ever came in! Austin Aries, Kendrick, Jerry Lynn, Jeff Hardy, Daniels and Mickie James have all been in TNA before and could go back even without Hogan being there! AND...Hogan and Bischoff wanted to get rid of the X-Division...the other powers wouldn't let them...and the question is WILL THEY PUT THE TITLE ON ROODE? I would love to see it happen, but i doubt it will!

Hogan and Bischoff wanting to get rid of the x-division was nothing more than the dirt sheets trying to jin up website hits. that story was proven false. Bischoff has turned the x-division into what WCW's crusierweight division was and it now has some more structure to it. The x-division is getting more screen time now than they were back in 2009 he knockout division is better (before only half the girls could work) and i doubt they're going to job Roode with all this hype.

The KO division is not better...no Gail Kim, no Kong, no Alissa Flash, no Hamada...all the girls could work before...they just wasn't using them!

pretend that I've never watched an episode of TNA Impact and try to explain the x-division to me? It's not good from a marketing standpoint when you can't describe a "weight class". Also TNA wasn't good from a marketing standpoint either because in business meeting Bischoff had to spend a half an hour explaining the sponsors that TNA didn't mean tits and ass wrestling. Add ODB and Roxxi to your list of knockouts and you just named all the girls that could work.the rest sucked.

So your saying KOs like Angelina, Christy, Traci, Madison and Velvet sucked? No they didnt! They could ALL work! Christy for example, was great on the mic, was improving every time she got in the ring, and was great at selling bumps! The rest are good to!

As far as the KO's go Madison wasn't there, Angelina was jobbing and Velvet was still a bit green, Sojo, Bolt Rakha Khan and Salinas all sucked. Traci has some weird birth defect that keeps her from being as good as she could be.
No weight limits sounds good in theory but nobody's going to buy something like Abyss vs Scott Steiner for the x-division title. the x-division wrestlers wrestle a cruiserweight style. turning them into the crusierweight division makes perfect sense.

Its always fun to see 2 guys from a different weight class mix it up...thats part of what the X-Division was! Now they have ruined that aspect of it!

I'm an up and coming promoter and I can tell u that I would never sign hemme til she gains some talent and shows me she can wrestle instead of being just eye candy.

i know she competed with them, but point is kelly isn't even in kong's league. kelly only got in wwe cause of her looks. yeah she knows the basics of wrestling, but she ain't at the level to be competing with women as rough as the knockouts especially awesome kong. wrestling is fake. just because they were shown defeated by someone don't mean that in real life they can fight.
