I'm really lucky, in that PERSAD (the queer center in the city), has an outreach office at a local church that is covered by a "rural outreach" grant. So my therapy is free. Otherwise, there is no way I'd be able to be as far along with this as I am. I had to pay out of pocket back home for the summer. and it nearly wiped out my savings. :(
