sense she said she doesn't know what a migraine feels like,and i get them almost every day,its kinda of like a headache,then someone hitting you on the head with a hammer while you still have that headache,it feels like your head is going to explode. my neurologist gave me meds to take for them and it really has helped,but its only for younger kids,like 10-14 are the ages it'll work i think...big difference ^^

@Allien06 again I repeat please do not shove your thumbs into your eyeballs this is something you have to slowly feel out and you may find relief. If it works for some it can work for more. If it doesnt work for you keep searching and youll find an answer. Regular massage is very good for headaches.

thats a common misconception with massage it doesnt mean its good if it hurts. Everyones pain threshold is diff....so its hard to tell ya know? But if your in uncomfortable pain than its to much. I guess i should have said its a pressure point.....you can actually take someone to the ground pushing there. Trigger points are spots with tension that can cause referred pain somewhere else in the body if palpated.

possibly but that is also a trigger point that could hurt on some people alot........and can send pregnant women in to labor!
