Super Mario Bros/Dunck Hunt, Super Mario World/F-Zero, Super Mario 64, Ridge Racer/Wipeout, Halo...

World class launch games on each of those systems that have gone on to be all-time classics.

We need that kind of support at launch again. Even if it's just one absolute killer app.

...i hope Nintendo comes with better innovation. if Nintendo goes to HD and nothing new things then i must realize that the WiiU is nothing New. The Tablet Controller is only an expensive thing and think about the electricity bill and the power of that thing. Lets see what the E3 brings.

@MurdocLC okay okay come down. Zelda was a "Tech Demo" of Twilight Princess. It looks good i know but hej that was only a RENDER Movie!!! Not a Gameplay not the eal Graphics. As Reggie said: "The WiiU will not look as good as the PS3 does but better then a Xbox360 and the Games was showed on a PS3. Nintendo is good but the WiiU is like an expensive update. No Innovation nothing new. I mean you cannot play a DVD on that thing or listening Music. That will be a New inspiration of Big_N

I was mostly agreeing with Mark Reign on all these topics. Seems he gets it more than the others that are just hopping on the newest trends and only think in short timeframes.

Funny how they all ignore Nintendo in all the topics, while all the things they complain about the other companies doing wrong, Nintendo seems to do the right thing.

Example: "No new console had the killer app to sell lots of hardware". Well, I do remember the Wii coming out with a game called WiiSports. This game was THE major selling point of the Wii because it showed exactly how different the way of playing was.

@Bedlam83 Sorry, but that is complete bullsh.. And I really don't want to waste time naming a complete list of games that is killer on the Wii. If you think that WiiSports is the only killer app on the Wii, then you know nothing absolutely nothing about gaming.

Ok, so the list of games lately is a bit shallow, but that doesn't mean there are no killer apps on the Wii. Most big publishers are developing for WiiU for a while now, so that explains the shallow list of late.
