I hate how everyone compares them to the bands that came out around the same time. Like Matchbox 20, Vertical Horizen, and Eve 6. And say they all sound the same and are all moderately crappy. Third Eye Blind is so much better, and talented. Goo Goo Dolls are good too. But 3EB, the best.

stumbled upon this song and fell in love these guys have been my ultimate favorite band since i was like 14 and i always wanted to see them live. for my nineteenth i caught them in denver and must say hands down, they are fucking amazing i absolutely fall in love with their twist on words and thinks they are truly underrated. people say the nineties are over and they need a fresh sound but i feel like they are one of the few bands who have sounded the same album after album '')

Ditto. We had this "GUESS THIS SONG" game in my history class the other day and they played Jumper and I Want You and only some other guy and myself got it. It was ridiculous. Out of the Vein is an amazing album. It's too bad that 3EB are so incredibly underrated. If you ask people about them they will probably say, "Oh yea I remember them from the 90's, Semi-Charmed Life, Jumper". But then I have to say to them, "Yea, but they've made two more albums after that that were just as good or better, only they were poorly promoted.

I hear you on this...and for the sake of them being able to afford to put out more albums and do live shows it is a shame that they aren't more popular. It's happened to so many good bands (like hootie and the blowfish for example, even though Darrius Rucker is doing country now and is amazing). But at the same time, popular music usually stinks. I have a certain disdain for it, although I listen all the same. Third eye kick and I dig them more because they aren't on the charts.
