matrix didnt explore dreams, it explored how a computer generated reality affected the true reality, inception explored between what is real and what is a dream, matrix was good but its depth is mere compared to inception
@futurestoryteller WTF? wow your an asshole I was not even trying to argue nor was I even trying to prove a point. I was just stating facts but, I guess you think your too close minded and full of yourself to understand that.
@futurestoryteller Inception wouldn't had existed if it wasn't for Scrooge McDuck: Dream of a Lifetime Nolan either took the idea of that comic and made into a live action with people or accidentally copied off it. Either way he is saying that he has been with the Inception script for over 10 years. But I think thats BS!.Now It did take some ideas from the matrix but the matrix isn't the first movie to explore dreams.
They are very similar movies u can tell inception borrowed a lot of Ideas from this movie and Dark city as well. Which are all great films and are on my top list of films.
@TheMovieTracker Couldn't agree more. They are all very similar and Christopher Nolan admit he was inspired by both films. I think Inception is basically The Matrix meets Heat with a little bit of Memento and Dark City. But I agree definitely a movie to put on the list of all time favorites.
What's the name of this song? Please

It's hard to imagine how little thought you'd have to have in your had on an average day to write the first sentence, let alone everything else.
The Matrix didn't explore 'dreams'. And don't give me that 'computer generated dream world' crap, because that's a goddamn metaphor.
Long story short I think you're an idiot, so I will no longer respond to you, because I don't argue with idiots.

It's hard not to think of Inception as much better. Though Inception arguably wouldn't exist at least in it's current state withou Matrix
