  • @Cheiiik If you train good, you can eat whatever there is because all food is energy the thing is if you use the energy that has been given to you. If you work out hard you use alot of energy then you can eat alot of fat. And you don't need any chemicals it's does more damage the good, if you want creatine eat carrots. These guys prolly don't eat any whey protein, creatine, mass effect or whatever chemicals there is. I do calisthenics my self and just eat normal food.

  • are the exercises filmed here for all muscles? it looks hard and necessary to have good balance but just wondering if there are more exercises specifically for the lower body?

  • @Denellery Try Squats, Pistols, Bridging and certain types of ab exercises such as Knee Tucks or Shoulder Stand Tucks. But just stabilizing your body and holding it taunt will work. Surpisingly well performed pushups with proper form and mid - hi reps also work multiple muscle groups; the arms and shoulders being the obvious ones, but also the abs and buttock / hamstrings to a certain degree.

  • @Weheyah about a 3-4 times a week ! But that depends on you ! Do as much as you can , but remember not to do too much and hurt your self ! ;)

  • everyone is excellent in this video with exercise ...only that guy with the push ups sucked very much....his strenght is zero compared to his friends fooling around with no effect

  • @gruniste you would actually be surprised he did perfect form push ups with lots of different variety and difficulty his variations arent standard they are actually advanced levels of push ups and that takes a lot of muscular endurance

  • @BboyTense123 im doing double clap pushaps...im doing push ups on a horizontal bar....so im doing this stuff every day for one hour....and his push ups for me is fooling around couse he didnt manage to get on the bars with even one exercise....push ups that he is doing doesn't have difficulty to get muscles tension....and are piece off cake....if he manage to do one hand two finger push up than let me know....im finishing my exercise video so ill show you what is push ups
