  • amazing collection. "*closes fists* ya...fucking prick." <--- i lol'd.

  • I had a shit load of these videos that I bought when the rental stores started flogging them off to make room for DVDs. I still have a few in storage but I sold most on Digital Retribution, I miss the cheesy previews.

  • 6:03

    EPIC STAB

  • Hell of the Living Dead (Night of the Zombies) is one of the best zombie films ever!

  • @rubinoos1 Can't wait to see it!

  • can anyone help me out whats the name of the movie call when theres a woman need to drink the new born baby blood to stay alive and to kill her u need to cut off the some tree and i think she blue but i cant remember the name of it i think its kamela or something like that can some one help me out plz what the name of the movie

  • @boxingside The Guardian.

  • 6:58 I love that music!

BTW why did you make the trailer private?

  • It's great late 70s early 80s music there.

As for the Cannibal Apocalypse trailer, I did make it private and will probably delete it because a pair of tits are flashed in it. I would have to edit them out somehow.

  • 2:32 I don't think a light tap could be so lethal!

  • pardon my french indeed. what a tool. $80 bucks my ass

  • That guy never sold that tape. Maybe if it was mint condition and as new, yeah maybe. Last year an excellent copy of Satan's Blade sold for about $170.

  • @AussieRoadshow Aussie in Dubai they were selling new dvds for 190 dollars. I wasnt that desperate to pay that much for Saw 6 or Halloween 2

  • I can't remember where I got The Slayer from now. The DVD was released in the UK but the print is said to be really bad. Probably best to wait for an American release some day.

  • I found a copy of Killing of Ameica in a gutter and it works!

Man I want Bloodsucking Freaks, I bought a copy and the film has been mangled!

  • I would recommend that you check ebay frequently because BS Freaks usually gets listed a few times a year. But I've noticed in the last 12-months or so that some of these old titles have been selling at very high prices. For many people it's the only way to get hold of them now because video stores cleared their stock years ago.

  • hi guys, i have to sell off my palace explosive and films collection due to moving houses. i would love for them to go to a good home, but would not be able to part with them cheap. let me no ASAP

  • Nice collection,I have maybe 120 old horror films on vhs, recently started on dvd's.Hard to find some of them.

  • Thanks! Yes, some are tricky to find, but others are reasonably common on ebay if you're prepared to pay for it. Satan's Blade recently went on ebay for $190.

  • Nice collection! I lost nearly all my VHS's recently, did have time to scan the covers though. Didn't have a single one of the one's you've got here! Had Lady Stay Dead, was proud of that. No more :(

  • By 'lost' I hope you don't mean stolen or something!

I've got a copy of that old Lady Stay Dead video too. It's on the Syme label and very hard to find now.

    Thanks for watching!!

  • Actually, worse! If they'd been stolen, the new owner might actually have wanted and appreciated them. No, we shipped everything to the USA, including the vids, then went broke and came back to Aust, leaving a LOT of stuff behind for the evil landlords ... including a few hundred videocassettes!! Oh well, now I get to start collecting again! You can see the few things I managed to save on my channel.

  • I Spit on Your Grave and Bloodsucking Freaks, wow! 2 of the great infamous titles of all time. More great stuff. Thanks for the tip on Night of the Zombies, I won't fall for that scam. I'm sure Satan's Blade sucks but boy I want to see it now, hee hee! Thanks for sharing and thanks for the logos. I like them just fine!

  • @Rbatty2 Satans blade wasnt that great but it did feature some interesting stabbings and some seemed almost erotic in nature

  • Oh yeah. Well if I get a chance I'll take a look, thank you!

  • @Rbatty2 Its not a brillant film but the killer uses that blade in a suggestive manner that even had me intriged

  • Right I got you.

  • Man, The Killing Of America bums me out so much. Still to this day.

  • I'm glad you include the logos man! I love seeing that classic VHS stuff! You have a really cool, diverse collection. Great video!

  • Thanks! It's good to see other people's collection, including your own of course :)

  • I'm glad you like the vids! I like the film inserts just to jazz them up a bit. More of the same in the next video...

  • Stole I Spit on You Grave tsk tsk. BTW, have you seen the new DVD of it? I think it's the same as the original, just a different cover. I actually saw that Palace Killing of America at my local store. If they start selling them off (which they might) I'll have to pick it up :D. That House on Sorority Row cover is pretty cool, looks more like an Amicus/ Hammer film though from the artwork. lol, loved the bogan chicks Scarred. Great vid.

  • A couple of years later they got rid of all their old VHS for $2 each, so it shows that stealing really doesn't pay! I've seen the new DVD and I sure does look the same. I've also seen it as a double with 'Don't Mess With My Sister'.

I think any of the old Explosives are quite collectible and worth paying a few dollars for :)

  • love this update. you have become my favourite you tuber! having lots of trouble finding any decent roadshow/palace explosive videos here in adelaide..but trying and enjoying the hunt.... all VHS long gone from rental places so im not relying on op shops and pawn stores.... will drool over your collection for now!

  • Gee thanks! Although some are a bit rare, the old Explosives are often a bit easier to find than ones on the Vibrant and Academy labels. Most of these were acquired 5+ years ago. These days they're more likely to turn up in op shops and garage sales. Ebay listings are a huge rip off.

One of the most complete collections of Palace and early Roadshows I'm aware of is held by Trash Video in Brisbane. He won't sell or let them go either. It is better as a complete collection anyway.

  • ah sorry i meant i am relying on op shops and pawn shops..so far found common roadshow's like american werewolf in london.. also found heatwave and yellowbeard!!

some standard palace videos (not explosive) and have been buying any Vestron or cannon videos i can find

kind of fun buying videos over dvds for a change..i prefer the chunky clamshells on my shelves, look a bit more substantial!

  • Ah, B-grade shlock!!!

I grew up on all this stuff!!!

"Tenebrae" was one of my favourites back in the day!

  • So did I !!

My mum was great because she would rent all these for me because I was under 18. She still is great of course!
