I'm running the 2011 version next month and have been training for months, mixing running, rowing, incline training with step-machine. If anyone would like to help me, try just giving dot com slash vertical rushing and inspire me to go for a record time. (I'm currently doing 102 floors - an Empire State Building - in under 10 mins in training on the gym's evil stepper machine... 42 floors came up in 4:14 on my last cardio-busting effort.) Anything would be great
