New guy is Chris Trigg, the energy officer of the Miami Science Museum. He took over for Jack a few times when he was ill, so having him here isn't a snap judgment.
Problem with filling Jack's shoes is Jack had enthusiasm and tons of personality. It's early in the game, so I hope Chris can get comfortable and develop his as he's got a tall order ahead of him. Best thing is to stop emulating and do it your own way, but make yourself stand out.
