Oil has to be on right temperature. once it reaches the perfect temperature than on medium heat but still enough heat to cook in oil. It will take 5-7 minutes to deep fry. Samosa should be dipping in oil also. To test the oil is ready or not for frying i usually test oil by frying little ball of dough. If ball pops up and it is ready to deep fry samosas. Good Luck and feel free to
i made samosas everything was alright but when i fried samosa somehow it feels like it's not fully cooked from inside. i deep fried samosas on very high flame. Can u tell me what is the reason why it did not come out perfect ?
The flour is regular flour from the grocery store (All-Purpose Flour).
Add 2 Tbsp Vegetable Shortening and 1/2 Teaspoon Salt.
Knead dough with warm water so you can roll with a rolling pin.
If it is hard, grease the rolling pin or board.
If you have any questions, comment again and I will respond.
Thanks for your question!
