imo, it doesn't matter if you can't get to a gym, that should never stop you from working out. it's easier to train at home without all the equipment anyways.

Mike I think you are a great trainer and if people take to the time to listen to the videos and see what you are talking about they should realize that as well. The only thing is your titles are misleading and make you sound like a gimmick. Please don't fall into the infomercial category cause I use some of the workouts you show in my current workout and it has helped me mix it up and keep me from hitting the plateu!

I'm trying to re-enlist in the US Military, but I do not meet the Height/Weight standards (and with my body type, I doubt I ever will). However, there is the 'tape' method, which takes waist, neck height and weight measurements to determine the Percentage of Body fat, which needs to be about 22%. In addition, I need to do 40 Pushups in 2 minutes, 50 Situps in 2 minutes and run a 16:30 2-mile. Do you guys have any ideas for building the necessary muscles to pass the test, and bring my BMI down?

@wrathchildw0w sure, this is a great way to get started! Keep going with this for about a month, then you will benefit from adding some different exercises into your routine. Check out my "INSANE home fat loss workout" video for some you can do. Also once you've got the workouts locked down be sure your diet is good too, that is going to be just as important.

hello mike... i may be just a random youtuber.. but may i ask a question???? im fat. 15 years old and i usually drink a liter of iced tea and sometimes 1-3 glasses of milk daily... if ever i would do some of your work outs for like 3-5 hours a day... would something change in me??? i mean does the thing i drink affect my work out??? also is there a limitation on doing your work outs? plz reply.. your suggestions could be a big help

Hey Mike i have a question. I am 15 years old with a medium sized belly and have starting doing the workouts from your videos such as '5 min belly fat destroyer'. I also like to work out on the treadmill and do press ups etc. If i keep to this and eat well, how long do you reckon it will take for most of my belly fat to disappear? Thanks :)

I'm trying to re-enlist in the US Military, but I do not meet the Height/Weight standards (and with my body type, I doubt I ever will). However, there is the 'tape' method, which takes waist, neck height and weight measurements to determine the Percentage of Body fat, which needs to be about 22%. In addition, I need to do 40 Pushups in 2 minutes, 50 Situps in 2 minutes and run a 16:30 2-mile. Do you guys have any ideas for building the necessary muscles to pass the test, and bring my BMI down?

yep this works..first of all check out mike..i have seen difference on him also..on his first videos he was musucular in a round way..now you can see his abs a lot more and his muscles are more lean, they dont look puffy anymore...thx mike now i have a little muscle on my back finally!

I have devised the following workout to be done 3 days a week. Please tell me if this will help me lose fat(im 16 yrs old)
Mountain Climbers x45seconds
Sprawl and Jump x45seconds
30 seconds rest
High knee and pushups x45seconds
Squat and Jump x45seconds
3-4 times.

@wrathchildw0w sure, this is a great way to get started! Keep going with this for about a month, then you will benefit from adding some different exercises into your routine. Check out my "INSANE home fat loss workout" video for some you can do. Also once you've got the workouts locked down be sure your diet is good too, that is going to be just as important.
