  • Mike quick question. I am 17 years old and I've been working out pretty consistently recently, but I'm getting too bulky and I'm not really liking it. I think it's mainly because of my eating habits. I'm gaining fat and I'm getting bulkier than how I want. I know I need more cardio, but I'm not really concerned about that. The only thing is your titles are misleading and make you sound like a gimmick. Please don't fall into the infomercial category cause I use some of the workouts you show in my current workout and it has helped me mix it up and keep me from hitting the plateu!

  • I'm trying to re-enlist in the US Military, but I do not meet the Height/Weight standards (and with my body type, I doubt I ever will). However, there is the 'tape' method, which takes waist, neck height and weight measurements to determine the Percentage of Body fat, which needs to be about 22%. In addition, I need to do 40 Pushups in 2 minutes, 50 Situps in 2 minutes and run a 16:30 2-mile. Do you guys have any ideas for building the necessary muscles to pass the test, and bring my BMI down?

    I have devised the following workout to be done 3 days a week. Please tell me if this will help me lose fat(im 16 yrs old)

    Mountain Climbers x45seconds

    Sprawl and Jump x45seconds

    30 seconds rest

    High knee and pushups x45seconds

    Squat and Jump x45seconds

    3-4 times.

  • @wrathchildw0w sure, this is a great way to get started! Keep going with this for about a month, then you will benefit from adding some different exercises into your routine. Check out my "INSANE home fat loss workout" video for some you can do. Also once you've got the workouts locked down be sure your diet is good too, that is going to be just as important.
