Although I agree the original comment was pretty crap - having teeth that aren't perfectly straight doesn't necessarily mean she doesn't have enough money. Maybe she likes her teeth - sure her front teeth are kinda big, but they make her stand out a bit from most people while clearly identifying a relationship/bond with her sister (and family in general maybe). I could afford to have my big fat nose adjusted, but I won't, for the same reasons.
