  • That was cool....

  • So there are drivers that make it spin that are angled, and then there is a center one to create the lift? or is the combination of all the drivers at a specific angle great enough to make it fly?

  • @derekroolz

All the drivers at an angle generate enough thrust to lift it. There are no vertical drivers.

  • @cplmac2 What is the angle of your drivers and the diameter of the circle you used?

  • BAHAHAAHAHAHAHA!!! THAT WAS FUCKING AWESOME!!!!!

  • @stormossenFIN

Brothers makes some good stuff, they don't make anything like this.

  • any tips on building one, or where to order some from?

  • @blacklabelchaos3

when you build it make sure the motors are fuse to go off at the same time, if one is burining to long before the rest go off it will flop over or not fly right. I prefer angled drivers to horiz/vert drivers.

  • nice Girandola

  • Amazing I love it. It so eerie.

  • Dude, you are the man!

  • Thats amazing bro, well done!

  • I could tell just by the frame displayed on the video this was going to be great! The whistle in the video I'm sure doesn't compare to how it actually sounded, but still incredible! I love girandolas....

  • Also what organization were you shooting with here?

  • This was with the WPAG, that's the Wisconsin guild. There are a lot of really talented builders there and some well known masters. For anyone in the midwest I can't recommend them enough, great guild with a vast knowledge base.

  • Yes I've heard great things about the WPAG. Unfortunately I'm smack in the center of Michigan, so it's a very long drive for me to attend any of the meets.

  • Then go to MPAG, they are pretty good too. I'll be at an MPAG shoot in the next month or so.

  • They are still typically a good 2 1/2 hour drive for me. For someone who isn't even quite into college yet it's a lot of money in gas. I'll be in the MPAG and the PGI before the end of next year if all goes as expected.

  • Rich Wasuki or Kevin?!? Who are you!! :P

That was a very thick stream of black smoke... Great girandola! Too bad the headers failed. 5/5 again... :)

  • Rich was shooting a shell at the same time, I'm not Rich.
