@wildazcat25 I can give you a room filled with the best guns and artillery in the world, but they are not all suited for every situation and can`t be fired all at the same time, and this is where coaching begins, its not just who has the best players, but who can use what they have more efficiently .... don`t get me wrong, not that having good player isn`t a factor here, but not like your making it out to be.

These phenom's get scholarships paid by school or parents. They abide by Virginia state rules but do not compete in the state tournament. This allows them to sign students. Believe me, the coach is not recruiting but the kids are calling his phone daily. If you are a parent and believe your kids needs some focus or to get away from any bad influences and focus on school and ball then this school has to be the top of the list. All the top basketball colleges knows the coach's number. .

Marcus Williams(UConn) Justin Gray(Wake Forest) Desagna Diop Brandon Jennings, Melo, Josh Smith, Rajon Rondo, Steve Blake, Jerry Stackhouse, Rod Strickland, Stephen Jackson, Lebron was even rumored to be making a trip there his Sr. yr but changed his mind. Nolan Smith(Duke) list goes on....
also Ty lawson of UNC and KC Rivers (Clemson) I think Kevin Durant had a situation going on over there and then went to Montross the recruitment over there is stinking ridiculous. It is a basketball factory for sure. The school had 2 varsity teams and a JV squad. I played Varsity 2.
Dude, look at their alum. They can get a shitload of money from fundraisers and donations. My school recruits too and were able to because we have a lot of wealthy alum
Because They Get to recruit Not because Of homegrown talent. Its a Prep school That get kids FOR An extra year so they are older than the regular highschool senior.
