I thought that Avatar was quite seriously one of the best films ever made. It is awesome.

I wouldn't say it IS THE BEST, but it is really close. I mean I watched it twice in the theatres, and it was more of an experience then just sitting through a movie.

the 3D and visual art are spectacular.  the story, characters, etc are good but nothing special. if you watched this on an iphone it would be a decent 2.5 star movie. in 3D in the theater its a 3.5 star movie because its such an amazing piece of visual art.

I saw it and it was awesome. I dont understand why they have a problem with simplicity. Simplicity works, a simple or a complicated plot doesnt make a movie good or bad.

The lack of action scenes for a few sci-fi, adventure movie of 160 minutes were too few. But the world, creature, and "actors" were amazing, you can see what 400 million can do as compared to other CGI movies like Beowulf.

I give this movie an 8 on a scale of 1-10 and a level 10 perfect movie does not exist!
