Is there any multi touch capability on this phone despite it being a capacitive touch screen? Because if it did they would of utilized multi touch in the gallery application.

Well, it's a great phone but the texting is kinda difficult as there is no stylus (capacitive screen)

I have this phone for 2 month now and it's sent to a Nokia Care Point for the 3rd time.

@palazhniakas If you love your music then the 5800 would suffice. The X6 has a much better touch screen though and is overall a more featured device.

just bought this device as i was not satisfied with n97mini for sound.when you play music without headphone..its very good and clear.however when i plug in the headphone..the sound becomes very bad..did i miss something here or please some suggestion .....thanks

only reason i am not going to buy touch screen nokia phone is the fact that the touch dont work as good as u see in apple (i have e71 and ipod touch dont think i hate nokia lolz !!) i love non touch nokia phones

But note the camera, screen resolution (640x360 not 480x360), built in speakers, and it's a nokia :)), almost everyone got a charger like yours or a data cable etc..

Although, if you have money for an iPhone and you care more about the bunch of applications go for the iPhone.

Personally, in the next couple of months I will buy a Nokia x6 (first I wanted a 5800).

i bought this phone yesterday from my friend the 16 gb version, for typing text messages, well the keys are responsive just a light touch although it takes time getting used to, sound quality is decent enough for its price, about the camera nothing special typical 5 mega pixel, for the build quality specially the back cover for the battery is thin and can be remove easily. one thing about the screen you have to clean it everytime...
