  • man i wish i had the data form his brain.

  • It will be more eficiant to make schools "online"? We allready have many sites for self education (Khan academy, TED,....) that will make school buildings useless.

  • @ 10:53 Is it fair to say that awareness of The Venus Projects ideas and proposals, through film and media, regardless of who brings it out to the public domain - is a contribution and a sponsor of the same ideas and proposals?

  • Etapa final del socialismo científico (comunismo)... digo, economía basada en recursos...

  • Thank you to both of you for caring for humanity in this dark and sad times. Some times I can't believe how much rather people would prefer to watch all that nonsense on TV & movies, than to listen to some one who is sane & with common sense. It takes a lot of strength, courage & intel to do what both of you did & thank you for that. It gives me strength & hope to. I'm glad that Venus Project is gaining momentum & it will grow and grow to change the people & the world to a better place {:)

  • Jacque talks a lot about the work that he's done throughout his life to arrive at these solutions, are there any publications availble detailing some of his experiments and the data collected from them?

  • New Harmony (Robert Owen), ejem digo proyecto Venus...

  • I just thought of something! Would it be practical for Jacque to broadcast his seminars on a weekly basis? Perhaps in a Q&A format? I realize I am being presumptuous with his time especially considering his age which is why I think everyone should hear him globally with much emphasis put on soon. He reminds me so much of another elderly man who is a very good friend of mine in my own town it's uncanny! They both have invented medical devices are freethinkers, exact same age, similar looks, atheists

  • @TheMuskokaman we don't really have time right now to do that, maybe later on can.

  • Is it plausible that Technocracy was intentionally quelled by a stimulus from the wealthy elite post WWII with the Expedient rebuilding of Europe and the American economy going into high gear to meet global manufacturing demands it seems the focus was on consumption propaganda to maintain the illusion that our economic policies were beneficial even though they were unsustainable. Is this an accurate depiction or does it smell of conspiracy theory BS? I'm Curious as to your response.

  • disappointing Jacques is looking for recognition. It was him who thought me that this attitude holds people and society back.

  • @meadowsirl i don't know what your talking about, he doesn't care about recognition. He does however want people to know where to look for accurate information about the direction he has spent his life working on.

  • @thevenusprojectmedia alright but I support a position of transparency. What exactly are we missing from VP research? I want to know it all?

  • @meadowsirl What Jacque means is you need to quote the source beacuse the source did the work the experiments has the answers to questions its like if Einstein made a new theory of some sort and a guy likes the new information and spreads it but the problem that will be created is that people will follow the guy thinking that he is the source the man that did the work has the knowlege and can answer questions but he cant beacuse he only verbalizes the information but cant back it up understand?

  • @meadowsirl you cant override 40 years of work and expirience. The guy may see the vision of the work and help promote it but as to understanding applying and using the information he may not do these things at all we should leave it to the professionals who understand it. Dont tell me that youd rather follow the guy who makes speeches out of that information instead of meeting Einstein himself and asking him how it works

  • @thevenusprojectmedia ... Someone somewhere has to start. North America has the basis for doing it now.

Search at the 'Technocracy Revolution Facebook' site, for more info that will inform you more on particulars. Youtube is not really set up for presenting things unless in a static way.

  • How did the Technocratic movement fail? My friends say that the members realized it wouldn't work. Is this true?

  • @StupidJellyfish i doubt that. Technocracy waned as the economy got better.

  • would being allowed to do nothing be such a bad thing. I for one would be like omg im doing nothing youd die of boredom eventually youd strive to achieve just for the sake of doing so survival now becomes the need to stay entertained. the worst thing that could happen from this new society that takes care of people is that people would have a thirst for knowledge

  • Manhattan is a linear city,.

  • You guys realize that work is no longer necessary if food is abundant, right? That would be heaven on earth. Cause really, the only reason we're working boring jobs is to put food on the table.

  • If the monetary system goes away, I want to sit under a tree and read a pile of books, eat 3 small meals a day and just have a great time with everyone and enjoy my life. Work would be helping the community produce food and cleaning the house and tending the animals. The rest is all play. FUCK desk jobs.

  • relating to Jacque's library idea i did one better. i created SharingToronto as well as SharingUniverse. instead of a location it actually uses the internet to link people together so that items can be borrowed (musical instruments, cameras etc..) and returned. you can check it out on Face book. Send me a few of his other ideas and i'll see if i can improve on them and offer them back. he's a good guy.

  • Tell me, all this is nice ... But how to motivate people to move en masse towards this. How do you throw out the monetary system is so represented. I want to go in person to fight against the monetary system, but how? Sorry for my English, I used Google translate.

  • thank to this video that answered some questions that i had . good work FRESCO i hope you will live enough to see the change you wanted to see in this world.

  • @JakobsMovieTutorials that's all the zeitgeist movement IS ! Its all a knock of from fresco!

  • I think the ultimate question is:

    Is it too late?

Have we dug ourselves a whole too deep to escape? I wonder if we can really make a change here at this point. Political figures are the most stubborn and close minded people out there, you know.

  • if there would be just a rich guy who would dare to finiance it. i would, if i was rich.

  • The Venus Project are raising money to make a Movie, so if you really support this orientation go and give a donation.

    1,000,000 Zeitgiest supporters give $100 minimum, = a minimum of $100,000,000.

  • As a landscape architect I would be interested to know Mr. Fresco’s opinion on rural living, and the principal of form following function? How much variation in lifestyle and design does he believe can be achieved? And is this variation acceptable at the sacrifice of streamlining and economising?

Thankyou. Hopefully I will get to visit soon.

  • FFS All the videos/songs on youtube that do not fit the commercial mould always load so slowly that I can't watch the video in one chunk HOWEVER the HD advertisements and pop culture bullshit loads imediately... Sort it out pls youtube!

  • 1859 Carrington Super Flare.

  • Jacque seems to be a rather smart human ^_^ he doesn't go far enough though ;D I put out all of my ideas for free but I tend to phrase my ideas as questions to make others think and then I network sources to support my question.

  • This may sound sarcastic but it's a legitimate question: What about lazy people like me? I don't want to do anything but play guitar and sit on the beach and drink. I hate the monetary system with a passion. I hate working. I hate this fascist police state america is in...but...if I didn't "have" to do anything - I wouldn't! If I could get everything for free, I would take and take and take then just go be selfish somewhere...everyone would eventually.

  • @6XstringXsamurai as i see it we have all been steeped in a culture that conditions us to act that way for survival -the system reinforces it for years and years. Although it may seem we are lazy, we are only a product of a particular environment. Change the environment and the value system; you change the people.

  • @thevenusprojectmedia Jacque said he wanted to spread the information out to engineers physicists programmers etc. and have projects spread out. Well here's an idea. allow users to login to the venus project site much like facebook and choose their group. Projects would be assigned to the groups and students, physicists, programmers etc can sign on and work collaberatively. problem solved. could you guys thumbs this up so they can see it thanks.

  • @alvisc2002 Did thevenusprojectmedia reply to this idea? I can't find it.

  • @thevenusprojectmedia

Woah....truly words of wisdom.Alas! the future is bright!

  • First of all, that's perfectly fine if that's the kind of life you would want to live. As the Venus Project states, roughly 90% of all current jobs could be phased out.

Although you might sit around and play guitar all day, my guess is that you might want to get good at it. You may want to perform for people and share you music with them. We are social creatures. The more people are educated and directed towards lives of purpose, the more people will want to share.

  • @6XstringXsamurai man dont you see how many people are helping the zeitgeist movement and the venus project whith translatings with videos with donations i mean what do they win, i tell you what they win , they win a better world , a safer world. so that what every one will do in THE VENUS PROJECT. speaking about my self i dont want to work in this sistem but im sure in a resource based economy i would help whatever i can to make a better world.

  • @6XstringXsamurai The system is created for everybody contribute in a different way, so if you want to play a guitar, the system will help you to achieve that goal, them they will provide you with the instrument that you need, there will not be a Guitar Center or Gibson factory, but instead you will have an access to anything you need, mean form a Fender or Gibson, the color that you want, with the pick up that you need, etc, and that will happen with everything.

  • @6XstringXsamurai So your contribution to the society would be as a musician, so you will have to entertain people, instead of working 8 hours you will be working 4. You don’t need money to buy a home, food or clothing or pay for anything, because there will be people assign to a certain area that they will provide you and everybody with everything we need. My friend checks other videos of the Venus Project, peace. And by the way the police will not exist.

  • @6XstringXsamurai ass look zeitgeist 3 plz....

  • @6XstringXsamurai I do too. Perhaps in something like Venus Project you'd get to do that, in a more social way. Think in terms of a more Ancient Greece or Athens concept. Everybody has a talent-skill, it would be also a chance to find your inner being.

  • @6XstringXsamurai That's in this society though. Your outlook on life and behavior isn't uncommon. It's not strange that you don't want to work a boring job doing things you hate. That's truly normal. If we had a Venus Project city up and running at optimal performance you probably wouldn't be lazy because of the personal incentive towards creative labor. We would all realize that because of this new system we can do what we want to do; follow our passions.

  • @6XstringXsamurai

I hate the monetary system, but I enjoy leisure work like cleaning. I find cleaning and chores as therapeutic. Nothing better than listening to some sweet tunes than cleaning.

I work in costumer service, that's the most soul crushing job there is.

  • @6XstringXsamurai Do you only feel like you're "lazy" and don't like doing anything but play guitar and such, because that's what you do when you aren't working for money? Or is that really what you feel you'd ALWAYS do if you never had to work? Don't you think you'd get bored eventually? Maybe you'd want to pursue something greater. Maybe write some songs and sing them, and continually get better at playing guitar and singing and share those songs? Maybe you'd find NEW interests?

  • @6XstringXsamurai Hey man, you're not REALLY lazy. You're body is active all the time even while sleeping. I think you'd be surprised that with all the free time you would have, REAL free time without stress, the things you could do, think, accomplish and imagine. There would be no boundaries in your life you wouldn't be compelled to work at threat of losing everything and being homeless as it is now.

  • @6XstringXsamurai Wow! That describes me too...nearly. I see myself building something or taking something apart to find out how it works. Other than that, I just want to travel the land.

  • @6XstringXsamurai Everyone would not eventually. Speak for yourself. For someone who hates what you claim you sure do hold all the mentalities that keep those systems in place. People like to do things. You should stop drinking. It ruins lives, i've seen so many people go down the same road as you thanks to it. So ironic that marijuana is what has the stereotype of laziness.

  • @6XstringXsamurai So your saying playing the guitar is an 'easy' thing...

    I know I can't do it... I'm too lazy....

  • @6XstringXsamurai It's a legitimate point; of course you will have a stratum of a community that will function at the lowest productivity point possible, and that will be fine once we reach a threshold of manual labour being done by machines. That stratum will be supported and not required for to provide support. But not everyone has the same motivation in life; the stratum at the highest level of productivity in a community are not motivated by money but by acheivement.

  • And this industrialism of today, turned into something as the venus proyect, as a production driven tool, instead of a profit driven one, is what he postulated as the tool for human liberation from the struggle for survival.

I think that the key, is the necessity of the liberation from those who monopolize the production means that would make possible something as you propose, to become real. So, here is where I think that the matter is inherently political and not technical.

    Regards and hugs!

  • driven one.. to a resource and necessity covering one, seen in the long term.. i think that you implement what marx was able to somehow foresee, the advancement of production means to the point of post-economics, and i think than that is what was wonderful of marxism as an economical theory (leaving aside it's political derivatives, usually morally frightening), the fact that was able to extrapolate, from the primitive industrialism of its time, the kind of possible industrialism of today.

  • You're a communist... the point is that it's nothing bad about it.. au contraire, i think that it's good! you're a communist not in the soviet sense... in the morally horrible sense of stalinism... but in the purest marxists of the spirits... which, from my standpoint is inherently technocratic, with the difference that the technocrats are the same that create and produce techno... the workers...

The difference in the appropriation of the benefits is which shifts the society from a profit

  • i don't mind if everything ran without a monetary system, but what about places that give services for money right now?Like colleges stadiums, amuesment parks. How will we control that? And if we just only allow a certain amount of people wouldn't that only inspire violence modivated by something else? I like the idea but it is because those quetion aren't ansewerd i can't support it, fully.

  • people are neing creative with ideas for the future, but it is one thing to say it and another thing to put it into practice.Do most of the people making those suggestions know what they are talking about?

  • I found someone doing something that looks like a rip off. Google the new z-land plan or thenzp... it looks wackish, but still..

  • @KwellingtonK yes they know about that but what can they do, it isn't worth dealing with

  • Suppose if he stole his ideas from technocracy, which i don't think so, my question where the hell technocracy got their ideas from, they have must have stole it from somewhere else. try to learn that Ideas do not belong to any particular people or any organization its the result of human evolution, period. So neither lands and ideas does belong to any particular nation its belong to humanity as a whole.

  • @ayobpala Howard Scott came up with Fresco's ideas or the basis of them. Google Technocracy technate for more information. While Fresco can be an appealing speaker I think he exaggerates himself .... or his books as being significant. This vid seems like a rationale for 'charging' his fee's and defending the inevitability of the Price System currently, but yes we know how the Price System works. Its a pity that Fresco still seems in dire competition with Howard Scott. Especially making up lies.

  • @TBonePickensetc Of course technocracy or applying science and techno to social problem was around before Fresco as evolution was in the air before Darwin, it has to be otherwise there is no bases for any advancement in that field, but what Fresco did with his design of the TVP, created more integrated cities and societies. And that is what creativity mean, As he point it out,"TO take a Known Elements and Rearranged it into a new forms" which answers most of the question, that is his uniqueness

  • I don't get why there would have to be grocery stores. Couldn't people just order it online and have it shipped via pneumatic tubes or have a shipment to the neighborhood? (getting neighbors on a shopping schedule) This would save so much energy because opposed to everyone driving separately to the store, 1 vehicle could do all the work.

  • @PandasInTheNude that is a good idea. But something about ti just doesn't sit with me.

  • A classic example of inventors not caring what their inventions are used for so long as they get paid and are acknowledged for their work is the story of Robert Kearns

  • I wish Fresco would just adopt Me and my famly and i will work for him i wish i could just meet and talk with him for just a min , he is so smart at least in my eyes i would give any thing including my life if just my famly could live as beautiful as his visions are please fresco if you see this know there are so many of us poor people who has a alot of trust and more or so hope....

  • Fresco deserves so much praise because he gives people who lost hope in this society some hope. There's nothing more noble than that. :-)

  • Fresco doesn't give hope, he gives ideas, we desire something better thus create hope within ourselves... but hope is not enough... we will have to suffer to change and work to create for a dream as great and wise as this one, it doesn't realize itself we have to do that... Don't Idolize Fresco, devote yourself to find happiness and love for yourself (learn to understand yourself) and for others (Venus Project). and make people aware step by step, grow a garden if possible... aso

  • @Priskazka ...barbers needed ...

  • @TechnocracyNow jacque always points out good parts of technocracy. Technocracy study books are indeed good materials. It's such a shame you're so offensive in your communication I would have like to actually have a discussion with you.

  • @thevenusprojectmedia What he does not point out is that his ideas are derivative. Fresco added moralistic overtones to basic technocratic material. Technocrats are not against a worldwide series of technates or even one earth technate. We have pointed out as Bartlet and others have, that the resource base of the earth is limited now, and certain areas can make the transition now while others have religious and political or resource problems that probably will not make a system like this work.

  • @TechnocracyNow the point is the current system is not working....

  • @TechnocracyNow What does technocracy mean to you? How specificaly do you know that he "stole ideas" ? Which idea did he "stole"? How specificaly do you know that he "created a pseudo-scientific cult to satisfy his own ego" ? Who are you? What values do you have ? What belifes about life and human being do you have ? Please answer the questions above so that I know that you are not just imagining things. If I am to belive you, you have to back it up.

  • @TechnocracyNow

“…be of good courage, since Gaius’s words indeed showed anger at them, but in reality had already set God against himself.” Philo from the Antiquities of the Jews

Alter that sentence with your name and instead of god put in evolution as you are clearly stuck in your emotions (arrogance) following what your comment says

Have you never learnt to not judge others? Have you not heard of Jesus saying something like "The one who is without sin shall throw the first stone".

  • @TechnocracyNow are there any books you recommend I'd be curious to get another perspective

  • @TechnocracyNow I don't remember Jacque ever calling himself a genius. In fact, if you build a statue of any so-called 'genius', or great person, Jacque says that would hold people back in the future.

  • @TechnocracyNow I believe by your name and comment that you seem to have an opinion which is narrowed to arriving at one possibility. If I understand technocracy it would be a similar system to our current system except with other people in charge. When you say Jacque stole ideas I believe you might be analyzing him with a predisposition to discredit him because he doesn't share your vision exactly. Like inventions ideas for social structures have evolved (stolen) from older technology.

  • @TheClassFool In a Technate, people aren't "in charge." In Technocracy, nobody is interested in controlling anyone else. Rather, technical approaches are applied to administering, sustaining and distributing an abundance of goods and services and the mechanisms necessary to do so. Energy accounting is used to determine the best-performing goods at the lowest energy cost and EVERYONE age 25+ receives an equal share of all industrial capacity possible (in kWh) to consume at their discretion.

  • @TechnocracyNow

The Venus Project does not have a government nor a monetary system, it is far from technocracy; decisions will be based on the Earth's resources using computers, not the opinion of so-called scientists and engineers.

  • @pouyan12 TVP is NOT far from Technocracy. You obviously didn't listen to Fresco, he simply had different views on particular details (like city layout, who or what makes the technical decisions) but not the core mechanism--a governance of function. Control of things rather than people. Maintaining and distributing an abundance with equal consumption rights for everyone. Mechanization wherever possible. Sustainability as the highest social priority.

  • @pouyan12 Furthermore, skilled and informed scientists and engineers do NOT use opinions to arrive at decisions. Whether a Technate has humans or computers administrating, the point is that decisions are made on the basis of technically defined metrics of utility, durability, resource availability, health, etc.. Technocracy, INC exists to preserve an idea, unchanged--the Technocracy Study Course (c. 1934). Computing advances simply change the mechanics of Administration, not the principle.

  • ...order to... god damnit, can you please not censor comments! I can't write comments longer than 1000 characters if you do that, why do you have to censor them?

  • @MacabreManifesto if you "friend" the channel your comments are posted directly. It is not up to me as to the youtube limits on comments!!

  • I think that Technocracy Inc. had it right when it came to economy and the government. Money is obsolete in the ability to produce global abundance at current rates of technology, and if humans have to create public policy and organize things to a certain degree, those humans should be competent. But they don't really provide any specific proposals about fixing the fact that most of our energy does come from finite resources and switching to alternatives. And building efficient cities in...

  • @MacabreManifesto : EXACTLY, WELL PUT

  • @MacabreManifesto a world of finite energy and biological resources (basic materials basically rejuvenate as fast as they return to nature, ex. When iron rusts, that iron returns directly to the earth.). They had the continental hydrology, which I am sure Jacques plans to implement as a way of generating energy (travel is now more efficient on land because of ET3). But they needed to design the cities of the future, how to maximize efficiency at it's very base: city design.

  • Why parking? simply make all cars able to drive themselves and have them park equidistantly around the city. when you need one just yell out or press a button on s sidewalk or your mobile computer and one will be summoned to you very quickly. If you have such a vanity that you have to own your own car then it can also park in one of the spaces and come back to only you but i don't see the point with that

  • @Priskazka : turn on CC under video and you can read what he is tolking about :)

  • @wasssuppp08 : never hurts to try. thats what it all comes down to.

"are you gonna bitch out, or die trying"?

    did Socrates bitch out?

    Ghandi?

    Luther King?

it realy takes alot of balls to go for this movement and to have to go through ridicule, naive bickering, or just plaine old violence form sheeple. but they're just as scared and hopless as the next man.

im gonna die trying, no curfew for me, no unwarrented searching for me.

    FREEDOM FOR ME!!

  • dirty hard work, no finance. I love this man. this type of listening requires no ego, humbleness, and a search for a better system than this current system

  • I love listening to this guy, so full of wisdom!

If there's one question I could ask him, it would be concerning the Scholars of Alexandria and if he had any interest on that subject in particular?

  • tvp build heaven on earth for ALL BEINGS of the EARTH

the EARTH is ealing and sick

we do HAVE as each HUMAN BEING need to CHANGE our MINDSET

NOW and take responsability for all of OUR individual actions

and STOP to be greedy, envy and begin to GROW by LOVING our ENVIRONMENT

including ALL people, animals, nature and try to BUILD BRIDGES to other

humans bearing in MIND that NOBODY but YOURSELF can begin to CONTRIBUTE

most in your reach. DO WE DO NOT OWE THIS TO OUR MOTHER EARTH?

  • to few people really listen

  • They way we have been living right now just makes me mad that why havent we already done this change? Its about time to do this, i dont wanna live in this system anymore , its total garbage. People who refuse to look at this show or call this "brainwashing" are assholes, thats a fact.

  • great talk as usual from Fresco !!

  • I appreciate these videos, I get more of a perspective on things, since I can't meet with him directly.

  • As robotics and nanotech grows, cities will grow in height, less impact on the environment. A city building, miles tall... Cold Fusion is here, it is a world wide game changer: oil will fall to the wayside within a few years. You tube search "Cold Fusion by Rossi and Focardi" Most people want peace, love and happiness, we will be there before 2024 ! The good of the public, love that idea !

  • @JonathanSeagullUtube I love your optimism. Thanks so much!

  • @JonathanSeagullUtube

not 2014? ;-) we can tap in alternate universes to GROW in VALUES. Tap into this infinite potential with Quantum Jumping. not only the american monk can help, but I think it can be a VERY great HELP. Leading scientists like Stephen Hawking, Michio Kaku and Neil Turok, all of whom are responsible for life-changing breakthroughs in the field of quantum physics, have all suggested the existence of multiple universes. - Jacque I know you know. LoveyouALL

  • @Priskazka Dentists and Barbers...

  • When you consider the ideas presented here you realise, and it just underscores how flawed and demotivational current society is. I stumbled upon Fresco and conincidentally had quite a deep and suspicious feeling about what is wrong with current/Western/Global society given the things Fresco proposes. The thing is, he's been going on with this for 40 years but we still have largely the same social format and economies have in fact moved to Anti-Resource based economies with Booms and Busts.

  • @skylark8008 this will all change because it has to.

  • I see both Carl Sagan and Jacque Fresco as my father figures. (My biological one is an asshole.)

  • Sadly you don't need to look further than the very frontpage of youtube to realize that without major change in people's value system something like RBE cannot happen anytime soon. We have an entire generation of ignorant people who do not care about anything outside their world view.

When you think about the largest country in the world having a population, where one third thinks that the sun orbits the earth, it becomes quite clear that the transition is going to be painful.

  • In other words-it wouldn't do any good just to give out the ideas. It can't be implemented in the current system like that. It has to been done in an independent project by volunteers who are willing to make the time to do the extra research, think for themselves, discuss the solutions as a group, analyze the resource impacts (good or bad), gather human statistics, understand why something should or should not be done in a certain way - Fresco doesn't have all the answers, WE have to find them!

  • This guys is my biggest inspiration ... one day i will see him :)

  • Allllllll Myyyy supporrrt Jacqueeee Frescooooo >333333333333333333

  • I really dig this guys work.. a lot. When he came to the Wright brothers though.. I thought of Octave Chanute who really taught the Wright brothers everything about early aviation. It's worth looking up.. it's a pretty wild story. Other than that... LONG LIVE FRESCO!!

  • None of this makes any sense, I am going back to watching american idle and fox news. Thats real information lololol

  • does nobody ever just think, bloody hell this man looks good for his age?!

  • Jacque Fresco is without doubt the most intelligent 90 year old person on this planet. The world would be a lot better place with more people like him.

  • Live. Learn. Love...

  • I´m from Brazil. The hard level is see you-self. Sorry for my english. JACQUE FRESCO !!! YOU WILL KEPP FOREVER ALIVE BECOUSE YOU HAVE CONECTION... AND I BE YOU TOO. LIKE WILL BE ME. TANKX FOR EVER. WE ARE ONE LIFE ON ATTITUDE BY ONE BETHER FIFE, MIND, (Portugues)- desenvolvimento, reconhecimento, THE LOVEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The Venus Project, The Zeitgeist Movent, it´s one line if the love if ever exist. look. we dont over of religion... we have make the all relegons ever talk,... peace?

  • Circular or Linear is not important as long as human mentality is fear. Give a human a fork and he will make a weapon out of it. Change the society, and everything else will follow.

  • I don't get it! Does Fresco say, that he'd need a diffrent world first to release his technological advances?

  • @chockfish no i think he is trying to say that he need a resource based system...cuz if release it...it will turn into profit and that will go against his life long work!!! it will not be for the ppl but corps...

  • damn this guy is just a genius, social genius. I just wish I could help the venus project a bit better, maybe I would get a chance to make an interview with fresco...a very profound one.

  • @maharawj Edison and Tesla are dead, that's why their information is out there, you know when you die you kind of lose control of what happens afterward.

Patents are a commercial devise so tell me how it wouldn't become commercial in this current system. The cities cannot be built untill all the major nations agree to switch to the Resource Based Economy, and that can't happen untill people become students of what Jacque is teaching.

  • need... more.... videos.... now....

  • @Mr fresco: is the home you are living in powered by the technologies u mention (wind, geothermal etc.) or is it still connected to the grid? Since it is possible to live off the grid with commercially available products, so im just wondering...

  • @MegaManoamano grid, he can't afford all that but it would be nice

  • @thevenusprojectmedia ;) thx for the info. and i dont want to be too private, but a system like that for one household would cost max. about 5000$. I see in him a great genius, is it not possible to make this much moeney with his ideas...?? not for the profit, just for an exemplary lifestyle...

  • @MegaManoamano awesome, looking forward to your check getting to them; i also think it would be a wonderful thing to do indeed.

  • @thevenusprojectmedia If he would make some of the technology available i can sell it, for sure.... I mean he has some good ideas, and some of them should be useful(applicable) so in this sense also marketable. And i dont believe all the technology he develops can also be used to harm ppl.. so sell on or 2 of the not harmful ones and support the project... I can do this for you no problem, get at me if there is interest...

  • @fenix611 what - what?

  • Ok in the first 2minutes you talked about parking areas. I don't beleive inside one of these future cities the option for driving a car should not be available. They should have sufficient efficient mass transit systems. Mag lev inside the city, Evacuated mag lev tube transportation for city to city, and nation to nation jumps, done in minutes.

Perhaps the only reason you would need a car is if you are visiting rural countryside areas, and recreation. Old cities with can be returned to nature

  • @AKAOJ

Christ's message was simple. "Listen to me, or I will put you in pain for an eternity."

  • to still be there in the background for advice and the once and a while shoulder to cry on , of course ,, i think christs messaage was very simple , the message of love , the last piece of the human puzzle, from its creator to his childeren . love and intelect, conbined with creativity, , if we start working as a civilization , as a cooperative, on this planet, with a well thought out plan, i see that being the greatest gift you could give to a father / mother creator,

  • ya know what tees me off? i think if fresco wouldnt have had a section on religion, people would be right there with him , . unfortunately we are not evovled enough yet to trully understand , i happen to think there is a god and there was a christ , but that doesnt change my thoughts on the venus projct , i feel its a brilliant idea, a fathers drean is to watch his childeren go bryond his hand holding .

  • @CELT2012 and jesus sayed " thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven " theres no banks , poverty , war eta there :)

  • @CELT2012

I think society getting over the irrational patterns of religious thinking is necessary. You say "I happen to think there is a god." Great, tell us why you think that.

  • Jacque Fresco is quite possibly the only person I can listen to for an extended period of time...

  • ....and from there on the venus project could be empowering ppl to bring a change of the system... because what i think is either u build the city , or if future generations experience an apocalypse and have to rebuild society it is not guaranteed that they woud use the technology as intended....

  • @Mr fresco

Hi sir, is it not possible to build one sample city on an Island or sth? So that ppl can see that it is possible to have a full self sufficient community. And for sure people want to actually see the advantages of automisation, so they could do it by that first sample community. I am sure many people would help you build that city for free and with a little more overproduction you could be able to aquire the resources which you have not available in the near environment...

  • more people then ever have started to wake up and see the world around them using heart soul and their eyes and i for one have the work of Jacque to thank for that.

The Venus project is more then a dream to me but for the first time every aspect of it feels right NO question in my mind body soul that opposes it .......thank you Jacque Fresco

  • Jacque Fresco is the current day Leonardo Da Vinci. People call him crazy now a days, but later down the road he's gonna be called the Genius of the 20th century.

  • what are we waiting for, is what i want to know!?!? We are mortal you know, its now or never!!! I am sick of everyone commenting how great it all is but no one seems to be doing anything to make it so.

  • @good2btheking What do you suggest we do? Violent uprising won't solve anything. The media may make us out to be terrorists. And if we are subjected to that label, no one will take us seriously. Then the Venus Project will never be. Have patience friend, everything is moving along as fast as nature will allow. Society could use your help, and putting a webcam to use to put this information out there will most certainly assist our current progress, even just by a little.

  • Help this man, Make copies of Zeitgeist and hand them out. People need to first be made aware there is an alternative to this failing system for anything to happen. Make people aware and let them decide.

  • I think if mr. fresco does not share their inventions because they can be used for evil, is losing also the chance to see the good they do. and if you do not someone else will

  • Keep on truckin Jacque

  • Jacque's Venus Project is the only solution to help humanity move forward from level zero to level one. Right now we are in a very low stage of human life. We are not civilized at all. Jacque knows it. He also knows making profit with Venus Project doesn't make sense because nothing will change with giving it away. He can make Millions of Dollars by selling his ideas but he doesn't because he cares about future. He alone is the father of humanity who cares about the future of his children.

  • Subtitles please :)

  • @AndrianMauricio working on that, soon coming

  • @thevenusprojectmedia Thank you very much ^_^

  • As time passes.. Jacque Fresco will be remembered as THE most important genious of all human history... but I guess he would say that he stand on the shoulders of giants.. and thats completelly true..

  • @SuffocateJav90 I don't think I could fulfill Jacques vision, I'm sorry. I just don't think I could exist in a world so awesome without building a giant idol to the man! Forgive me Fresco but we must celebrate your genius

  • Whether or not Jacques cities are real blueprints for the future isn't important. What Jacque adds to technocracy is the idea that well being and efficiency are improved vastly by redesigning society at the very core: the city. Technocracy proposed minimizing energy in products and somewhat through transportation (see continental hydrology), Jacque began with the city itself. Designing a city and building it at present day knowledge , either way I think that Jacque and Technocracy share...

  • @MacabreManifesto ...pretty much the same vision. One other thing that technocracy lacks: showmanship. Getting an idea to appeal to millions requires showmanship. I think that the scientific community should also be able to join, and feel encouraged to join, the venus project, in either legitimizing his models with scientific authority, or working on the details and creating a true, implementable, all details considered, circular city. Technocratic videos are boring and using visuals are what...

  • @MacabreManifesto ...gets the laymen on board, as well as scientists stating the validity of what you propose (if evolution weren't true it could still be powerfully promoted through funding, but it is exceptionally promoted when the scientific community informs the laymen community that it has in fact tested this hypothesis and has found it to stand up to scrutiny. The same goes for a circular city and Technocratic RBE, if scientists declared them as the prime systems, then Jacques ideas...

  • What do you think about air compressed vehicle (Regusci Air)

    search here on youtube please

  • The thing i wish the most in honor of Fresco is for him to see The Venus Project being implemented while he is still alive. He deserves it more than anyone in the world, a man who dedicated most of his life trying to present solutions for the better future of the whole mankind, a man who struggles with time to ensure we will carry on his life's work. Jacque Fresco is THE mind of the 20th Century! I share his dream.

  • @ziribai I also hope someday in his lifetime they do build this city and the monetary system dissapears.

  • @lkaruga so so I!

  • @ziribai we should present this at the stark expo

Tony starks father had the same problem

of course im talking about iron man 2

  • The Venus Project should have a twitter page and make a Q & A session video every Friday.

  • @xboxniellas They do have a twitter page.

  • I think this video was important, in explaining that jacque isnt withholding information for his own sole benifit. He is withholding information because it is the best thing to do as a whole.

Then again. I am very perplexted at how a "transition" to the point where he/etc can freely distribute that information comfortably will ever be possible.

As much as I agree and want the venus project to be brought about, Its so hard to have faith in my fellow humans, since i cant even trust myself.

  • THE THING THAT I DONT GET IS HOW MOST OF THE PEOPLE ARE EXPOSED IN THIS FUCK UP SOCIETY AND "STILL" DONT SEE IT. WHAT I MEAN IS LIKE THINKING OUT OF THE BOX NOT JUST BELIEVING ON WHAT THEY HAVE TOLD OF LIKE REALIZING EVOLUTION IS TRUE AND GODS IS NOT TRUE THAT NO ONE WOULD HAVE SEX WITH 100 VIRGINS AFTER THEY DIE OR EVEN jesus WILL SAVE THEIR ASS WHEN THEY GO TO CHURCH EVERYDAY AND DONATE MONEY FOR THE CHURCH. SORRY FOR MY BAD ENGLISH
