it's the eyes/facial expressions that made me think Robert Sean Leonard, but you could very well be right YankeeintheSouth04, it sure SOUNDS like Jeff Garlin...and he's the right build, i just couldn't see it in the face. must be the facial hair throwing me off. as for it possibly being Mikey Teutul, i find that very unlikely. but this is all just conjecture, so don't quote me...
