I don't have an "extract all" button at all and have no other programs. I'm not sure what happened to it... Do I have to download 7zip or whatever?

I have googled everywhere for advice on how to solve the diagnostics message but nothing has solved the problem. I've tried disabling my firewall and antivirus softwhere, nothing works.

I do not understand it at all and if this problem is unique to winRAR then should I be using a different zipfile archiving system?

I would be really greatful if someone would help me.

When I try and extract the files in the location I want them with winrar I get the diagnostics message. However, it will let me extract the files on my desktop and ONLY my desktop.

I then have to move the files to the folder after extracting them on my desktop. WHY?! Why won't it let me just extract the files to the file I have created for it in the location I wanted it?
