LOL you're so right about the hairdressers! There's always this moment when they're not quite finished yet, but you look in the mirror at what they're doing and this like sinking feelings of horror sets in. I just got my hair cut shorter than yours, which is not what I wanted AT ALL, but yeah, I guess it does grow on you. you're looks great on you, more girl power to you! :)
