after completing the project in flash, you saved that in which format, avi or any other

u can save as avi but the quality is very bad. Best way to create a video is to export an image seq from flash, either as png or jpg. Then put the image seq on the timeline in any video editing software (in my case i used Ulead video studio) and slap on the music. Its pretty simple and u can export video in various formats (mpg,avi, dvd etc) with really good quality
