something about the way this was recorded makes that "sliding around" sound on the strings really evident, which sucks.

as for the playing and the song itself, great work!! seriously, that's quite the composition.

also, the tone of that guitar makes me want one bad. i'm really liking these mexican martins more and more these days.

Thanx for the comment. I hadn't been playing fingerstyle for long at the time so I didn't really have the control over smooth fingering positions when I recorded this.

This 000X1 is US made according to the label, but the DX1 that I own is Mexican made. Quite strange considering they both the same kind of price and entry level Martins.
