@cijferr hey dude.. you wondering what's boogaloo right? well you see, boogaloo is somewhat the same with popping mostly because their creator is the same. on the other hand, the difference between them is that popping is a dance where you flex your muscles while boogaloo has its moves like Crazy Legs(by Poppin Pete), Fresno, Neck-o-flex( one of,i beieve, MJ's signature moves), Twist-o-flex ( the robot), etc. I know my explanation is lengthy but I hope that you'd get the idea.

@doublezee1 Did Sam invent Popping? No he didnt. But he did invent the style that is "Boogaloo." When it comes down to it popping in the most basic form is just "hitting" (tensing and relaxing your muscles) and dancing. Popping is a genre of dance w/ many substyles including Boogaloo, Tutting, Roboting, Digits, Waving, etc. Any Questions?

WRONG Boogaloo existed before Sam, he invented his own style of boogaloo that he took from the Bay Area... @AGENTS08 hi im a popper too u just gotta tick and tense every muscle u can and its basically freestyle good tracks to start off with is something base try a steady speed song then work your way up oh and stretch and exercise the more u exercise the more muscles you can flex then the more flair and style you ll get good luck
