when you take the club back don't turn your hands over. You are supinating your arm to soon, opening the clubhead and that is probably what is causing your slice. When the club is parallel to the ground the toe should be pointing straight up to the sky and your shaft should be pointing down the target line (it looks like you are taking the clubhead to the inside when you take it back and therefore coming over the top on the downswing and that also causes a slice. try to take club straight back

at parallel the back of your left hand should be pointing straight out away from your body

when you slow it down from the back the clubhead should be inline with your hands when the shaft is parallel to the ground you are way, way inside.
