WOW I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT THIS IS THE ONLY BIT OF INFO ON THE INTERNET REGARDING THE EAGLE CASH CARD SCAM!!!!! This is not bullshit people. This System was set up to rob American Soldiers of the little amount they make to begin with.
One other comment. The soldier mentions reasons the military gives for the eagle cash card - to stop soldiers from having sex with prostitutes, gambling, etc. And other reasons, namely to collect interest and fees. But there's another - to track the flow of money and purchases. Tracking and keeping records of everything we do is the name of the game now. Sick and nasty.

One interesting note about the "pog" system (never heard of this before, by the way). The soldier mentions that most people don't see cardboard disks as money, and they don't have the time to save them up and cash them in for "real money". Well, that's how I feel about the little worthless cheap metal disks I get back as change from civilian businesses. It's not real money. :)
