wow, there is so much misinformation in a lot of these comments. Yes MK-Ultra did happen. The pilot in this video didn't know he was taking LSD when he drank the water. There are also a lot of messages portrayed in this video. You have to take in account the political climate of 1964. Governments have been giving troops and other participants chemicals for a long time. Nazis in WWII gave their troops amphetamines to make super soldiers, for example.
I don't think CIA and US Air Force could afford giving LSD to a pilot without notifying him and then sending him on a jet worth tens of millions of dollars.
Testing drugs on pilots doesn't mean they send them up in the air to fly. And if they did send them up in the air, the military had a lot of cheaper aircraft available. MKULTRA, the governemt tested drugs on pilots and others (including citzens) to see what happened, they wanted to see if it enhanced their ability to fly.

the us goverment did a chemical test too see what would happen. I think they did it too see if it affected pilots lfying. Dumb as hell idea. People are now crazy because of the chemical.

True, but it was mainly because the CIA believed the Russians had developed devices or whatever to stimulate mind control over others. The CIA underwent illegal tests on civilians and (like you said) pilots, via LSD to see, if the drug could be used to 'control minds' ... Way to unpredictable though... i.e what the video implies.

Hi premium92 - The video highlights that some Governments use drugs, combined with propaganda as stimulants or mental-incapacitants, supposedly for the purpose of 'influencing' troops, both physically and mentally, in the Battlefield. There were, and still are, many trials carried out on willing and involuntary troops, where you get around £60 today if you volunteer to go to Porton Down or trial the Med-Centre's new "Tooth-Paste" or such-like under the supervision of a Doctor :s lol
