  • I think your core is most important. I used to have an average jump but over the summer i worked on my core by doing bridges or planks for everyday and now its november and i noticed my jumps have got higher.

  • how long do you think it will take me to do a 60" box jump when i can do a 42" 10 times in a row easily

  • Your dad is going to be so mad when he see's that area you wore outta the grass.

  • "and that's all you gotta do (pant)"... looks hard as the devil's dick man.

  • whats up with the goal on the grass, in the corner of the yard, against the fence, facing the other way. I like the little training video and all but if your focusing on the jump so much you have to not forget to concentrate on the goal and your shot. (its what wins game, to put the ball in the basket) just move the goal man. the whole scene just isn't right.

  • @coantte hes teaching how to jump high... there is a connection to basketball, but he is not teaching how to win a basketball game. i think thats pretty obvious

  • so honestly do you haters have nothing better to do then post stupid stuff if you dont like whats on the page you dont have to watch

  • That is high!! How long will it take..

  • @verticaljumpreview Depends on what type of training you are doing and where you're at right now.

  • @VerticalJumpKing Tnx man you are a very good person to do this videos, you helped me so much and I want you o good life.

  • 7.5% huh

are you sure it's not 8.6%?

    or 7.49%?

you didn't just pull that number out of your ass did you?

  • @iflyboats He actually pulled it out of your ass. Plenty of room to store things in there.

  • @iflyboats the number is his rating on what he thinks the value of the muscle he is working on is worth. (his opinion) he is using 7 key muscles thus spreading 100% among each muscle group to his liking

  • How much does that med ball weighs ?

  • thanks.. would be nice to get some core workout exercises without equipment. I guess i can do the second exercise without weights and really power up on the stand/jump, or hold something heavy while doing it!

In part 7 or in a seperate video can you talk about how to put the whole program together and how we should progress with the 7 part series?

    Thanks

  • Can't wait for part 7. But do you recommend doing it 7 days a week with different workout for part 1 - 7?
