Love your videos but I just had to say that this is not a business formal outfit. The top and blazer are great but those pants are way too informal and much too tight for a corporate workplace. Straight leg or tapered trousers would have really completed your outfit. Think Banana Republic pants!

This is lovely, it seems perfect for that line between artistic and professional and shows off your style. I know that's really important in creative industries, both looking professional and expressing yourself with taste. I wish I had a bit more creativity when it comes to workplace dressing; unfortunately my industry is pretty conservative and traditional. It's easy to know what to wear, but it's just not as fun getting dressed for it.

I really really likeee it =) Its not the usual thing, and it kinda goes with your personality, I think thats important because if you feel uncomfortable with super high heels for example (i cant wear them like really high cos if i twist my feet my ankle can break) theres no point on wearing them besides your flats are adorable and that satin shirt looks formal enough & that blazer yuum lovee at first sight, thanks to u i want soft and gentle by mac to use it for eyeshadow haha LOVE YOU!

Yes this isnt the traditional outfit, but the point isnt to criticize Ingrid's outfit (well at least that isnt my point). This outfit is gorgeous, and definitely something I would wear to an office if I was to dress business casual. Having worked with many headhunters, I can tell you that from the waist up she looks great (flats are also a good idea). but in most interviews, it is preferred to wear a skirt. Sadly, statistically, companies hire considerably more women in skirts than in pants.

The point here is traditionally if you go for a job, you shouldnt go dressed like that. Also, people dont congnisant-ly associate skirt with better hire. The point is its an indirect association.
