Were any explosives actually found? Sounds like sensationalism to me. Most likely what happened was some guy found a metal box in the bushes with a string of batteries attached, made assumptions, and the media jumped on it.
A boy THINKS he found a boobytrap because there's yellow tape around a battery.
I hope this boy does not come in my home, because I would be arrested immediatly with all those batteries and tape I have ;-)
And by the way the sea pirates back in the days used bombs.
I do not use bombs and I certanly do not want to. But when I listen to the radio of today here in Holland I hear the same stations legal on air that played with bombs.
wow this is why am happy the the governments control the airwaves just look at 11-meters in the usa aka cb its full of f this f you b this b that thats why they are govern am sorry that most of you don't have the sense just either join us in watch your mouth or just be quit in let the adults handle it O by the way I think 11-meters should be govern in taken away from people in make them get a license. like the beginning of it because their a lot of stuff people should know before transmitting

Ham Radio is worthless. Please use these frequencies for something that more of the population can enjoy and use. Cellphones and the internets now rule.
only a very dangerous fool could do something so daft.and what harm does 2 meters ham radio do.not like these plt internet hubs that are or should be put in the bin as they just make qrm...jeff m6glh
Just what is an "anti-radio ham group"? But seriously, this takes the "game" to a whole new (sick, sad) level. A jamming device is one thing; anyone who would attach explosives to such a device belongs in prison. Good luck with this problem, from W6EZV.
A known jammer you say? This is the internet, so I suppose you're able to post whatever unsubstantiated allegation you wish, phillb9. While I am accustomed to having petty pissants biting at my heels, I suggest that your time could be better spent.
Its a bit ironic that you accuse me of being mean, as you trivialise the situation presented in this video. Why not join me in condemning this would-be bomber, instead of giving the tacit approval that your mean little post provides?
dose anybody know what make and model the he is using is?

I mean......order out of chaos at work !!
Time for the governmet to take control again !
We all are free in this world......to do,buy, eat and say what the goverment wants us to do,buy, eat and say !!!!
;-) Happy World Order everybody !

Are you happy now the government controls everything?
The propaganda on TV worked and you are one of the happy controlled customers!

Ham radio promotes the idea government has the right to "license" individuals and to deny them to other individuals
The ownership of airwaves is as two fleas arguing they own the dog they chose to jump on!
Government is the disease masquerading as the cure
peace :)

EZV is a known jammer. And a mean one as well. It is only a matter of time until they put him behind bars.
