  • Thanks a lot dear sousoukitchen

  • Oh ok forget my recipe request for Preserved Lemons!!

  • Merci pour la recette

  • Hi, thanks for this recipe, I wanted to cook the Maroccan chicken this weekend, can I do the preserved lemon today and use them tomorrow?

  • @limayane1 No you need to let them marinate at least 1 month.

  • like the music

  • Super!

    Merci beaucoup.

Je suis Vénézuelien et J"adore la cuisine Marocaine.

    A bientôt Sahabibi.

  • Hello Om Jenna, I just wanted to let you know that I made these, it's been two weeks and the water is still foggy with some salt at the buttom of the jar. is it normal or did I do something wrong?

I fallowed your steps as you showed. Please let me know what I should do, I miss our country 's pickled lemons.

    Allah ye3tik essaha 3la tyabak machALLAH .

    GOD bless your family.

  • I will definitely try this, thank you so much. But some people poor lemon juice in the jar instead of water like in this video. Are both ways ok?

  • I've never heard about that, just try it and let me know, start with small amount.

  • sousou, love the video ;)

  • shouldnt you boil the lemons before you pickle them. it makes the skin softer and nicer colour.

  • No need. Just try it, you will see the result.

  • thanks. this seems so easy.

  • that reminds me of a science project it could probably light up a city block hehehe j/k :)

looks like a great addition to cooking methods thanks

  • When you find out how to do it, I want my electricity for free.

  • hahaha ok :)

  • Wow! Thats awesome :)

Just wondering though: how do you sterilize the jar?

Thanks for the awesome videos :)

  • Simply place the clean jars in a large pot with water covering them. Boil the jars for 10 minutes or put the jars in the dishwasher.

  • Merci beaucoup :)
