  • Yeah I preffer the black and white ones to, I like colour but.....nah Black and white is just to good

  • it's just not the same if it's not black and white... part of the reason i like the others are because they look so classic being black and white...im not gonna even watch this because it's in color

  • Jeffery Tambour!!!!!! :D

  • with black and white, you see a better depth of emotion. It's minimalist, therefore the audience must concentrate better. It's like in a dance production without costumes, without sets, just music and simple leotards. You really focus on the art, and not the pretty picture.

  • Wow...Black and White ones are waaay better.

  • woah - it's in color *___*

  • @livelaughburp

The 1985 and 2002 revivals were in color.

  • I hate how we get a view of her shoes most of this... its hard to watch because of this. :(

  • I watched them in the 80's as a kid

  • What a pick up line, offering to buy a woman something.....in a thrift shop lol priceless

  • @hatchetgrrl lol yea and and he is a bad elvis lookalike to boot

  • ARE YOU SURE YOU'RE NOT 888 HAHAHA JUST KIDDING AGE DOESN'T MATTER

  • THis is the first time seeing non-blacknwhite twilight zone. I never knew there was an 80 twilight zone. Sick!

  • oh wow why the maid always gotta b spanish

  • In my opinion, it's the latest 2000 TW episodes that absolutely stink. Rod probably would've hated them. The 80's ones aren't bad. Of course, they can't compare to the originals, but they're totally passable.

  • @Smalltowngal29

    the 2000 tz where bad.

  • helen mirren's acting is good (as usual) but generally the 1980 seasons sucked badly !

  • Horrible - Just Horrible

  • I honestly never knew about the 80's version until just now. I knew about the 2000's version (with Forrest Witaker?), though.

  • Damn I would have smacked those girls - That blonde one especially, she looks like a fkn pig! *facepalms @ hardcore 80s fashion*

  • The maid was in the Tales from the Darkside episode Black Widows

  • @ravegods - yes I saw that one. it was really funny. she is theresa saldana, an actress that was attacked by a fan in real life. there was a movie about it. life is so very strange.

  • Great episode The dude was in the Larry Sanders show years later

This war first aired 1 day before my 5th birthday!

Helen Mirren look so hot in that black dress she wears later.

  • yuk the 80's dress style lol

  • helen mirren is hot

  • i never recognised helen mrren there

  • Sorry. Not interested in the updated version.I love the originals in black and white.

  • wasnt that maid in pan's labrinyth

  • cool

  • This episode learns that you will get haunted by the victim, no matter how perfect you think your crime was.

  • Tennis was a symbol of 80's decadence.

  • tell me about it!

  • it is helen mirren...wow!!!

  • made me cry when I saw it on tv :(

  • Dead Mans shoes from the 60's series, but with a woman.

    How very intuitive =\

  • Jeffrey Tambour is greatness

  • Oh! My GOD!! IS THAT HELEN MIRREN?!!!

Her American accent is brilliant and she looks exactly the same.

  • Yes, it is Helen Mirren in her younger days.

  • Hey who thought Hank from Larry Sanders Show was a bad guy, huh??

  • George Bluth Lives!

  • wats the song playin 2:33 its only their briefly but waz it

  • Oh the awesome 80s!

  • 4:15 ELVIS!!!!

  • i didnt even know they remade it in the 80's i only knew they made some in i think like 1999 but it didnt last

  • are these ALL repeats/remakes of the very old ones? or are there loads of new(this genre) of episodes? im assuming this is a remake of 'dead mans shoes from the 60's...ty for postin

  • medJedi1: Not all the 80s or 2000s Twilight Zones were remakes, and there are actually a few good originals in the mix. Unfortunately, there weren't enough good originals.

  • it's true that to a certain extent wearing high heels and having long hair makes a girl feel more girly and sexier =)

sorry out of context but yeah, just relating.

  • She looks older there than she does today!

  • Who is this actress? I've never seen her b4...

I guess the make up artist is reallie ahead of his time if he could make her look older than she reallie is nowadays....

  • Helen Mirren. Maybe botox...

  • Holy crap! The way he's coming on to her... That's like how Dahmer came on to his victims (at least according to the movie "Dahmer). It's freakin me out.

Not to mention that in one of the 80s or 2002 eps of TZ, they had a clock set on 5:21, which is Dahmer's bday. Creeeeepy.....

  • its helen mirren!!!

  • She's even more finer now than she was then imo.

  • in all honesty I think I preferred the black and white ones and I'm 13.

  • naah

  • @meeeeeeee888 now u and me are probably the same age i am 15

  • @meeeeeeee888 are you 16 now?

  • yay, helen mirren! she makes any role great. thanks for this!

  • I think this is fabulous...I just stumbled across another Helen Mirren flick I had no idea she starred in...Wow!!!

  • Sexy episoode thanks for upload

  • I looked at the new twilight zone a two times and hated it. The stories had no point to them. The Old series always had a point.

  • I would love to work at a charity thrift store sorting the donated merchandise. That is my dream job. Hey seriously, it would be like going on a treasure hunt every day.

  • Go for it! Seriously, places like the Salvation Army and Amvets are always looking for volunteers/employees.

  • The original "Dead Man's Shoes" made the point that "you can kill the man but you can't kill the idea." I couldn't stand to watch this pointless poorly directed "Dead Womans's Shoes." I hate the pointless stupid new Twilight Zones.

  • Wow, 000266617, you really seem to be devastated by the fact that the New Twilight Zone is not as good. Oh no, what a horrible tragedy for you!! How will you ever survive?

  • Hello Clam, oh,I and many others will survive since we don't watch the New TZ. Only the classic version. I wouldn't say "devastated" I'd say deeply disapointed by bad writing directing and acting.

  • and your watching this and leave comments because...

  • This is the first time I have seen the new Twilight Zone. It just doesn't look right in color. It was much more mysterious in Balck & White.

  • its 3 am and im totally hooked on this

  • Well then, you should have watched it at a different time.

  • Leslie Bega from "Head of the Class" as one of the girls in the thrift store...dag does this show have all the popular/semi-known actors of the 80s in it.

  • Yeah it was the same way with the original series. It was cool because there were different actors every week - lots of variety.

  • I agree. I'd tend to see the same actors from 60's TZ on "Star Trek" and "The Outer Limits" as well.

I guess anybody who was anybody appeared on TZ---60's, 80's, and even the one from the early 2000's.

  • the idea was also developed in such a show entitled: the night gallery. THE HAND OF BORGUS WEEMS. both shows were engineered by ROD SERLING
