  • @Tranquilbez22 I brought myself here cos this song is amazing

  • @K6C10 bent cunt

  • ive heard this on saints row and burnout, but ive first heard of this band from SLC punk

    \m/

  • Like if Saints Row:The Third brought you here?

  • @Tranquilbez22 Nope.

  • @Tranquilbez22 getting it soon, but good to know there's decent music on it

  • I spend my cash on looking flash.

Got to be the best line in the song

  • i used to write out the lyrics in a notebook - now thats sad

  • @ckdb6 Hey i write out the lyrics to floyds the wall on my paperwork its alright

  • After almost thirty years I still can't figure out how in the very same period I was digging out complex counterpoint in pocket scores of Bach's organ works AND listening many consecutive times to this LP. I only remember that they sounded to me like a twisted version of Beach Boys vocal textures, coupled with amazing rhythmic arrangements. Back in the '80s I had little or no idea of their punk quality and I read the word "rap" for the first time on their tracklist.

  • @TheMegaMeanies what an absolutely fucking stupid thing to say, you sir, are a cunt

  • i remember my sister bought me this album for xmas many years ago and i think i played it constantly for months.still a classic..love it.

  • such a genius and a great singer! ive tried to sing this song but i just cant do it. this is so much better than the shitty mainstream horseshit they air on radio these days

  • Stand and Deliver + Burnout Paradise = EPIC WIN

  • @Tiltkid i agree they are an epic combination/ i wish they got rid of all that classic music tho. i like that kind of stuff but i just dont think it goes well with burnout

  • i love this song and i love the version that no doubt does also but you cant get better than the original

  • loved it at the age of 12

  • i am 12, and i love retro stuff like this

  • @charliewoopwoop123 Im 12 too! :D

  • @charliewoopwoop123 I love all this music too and im 12 :P

  • I was 12 when I recorded this song on my radio-cassettedeck back in 1983. Only the second half of the song and played it back many times during my summer holiday. On the celebration of Sinterklaas I got the record and played it till it went gray from the needle. This was my starting point for collecting everything that has to do with Adam and his Ants. Every single record has got it's own quality, not many artists nowadays can pull that through....

  • @marcelbonzo1971 LOVE Adam Ant's music

  • @marcelbonzo1971 Dont you Miss the days of Cassettes??Maybe I'm just partial to the 80's cuz thats when I was a kid as well. Those were the totally rad good ole days Ha ha.Stay Frosty!

  • @stainlesstig I'll stay frosty!!!! Thanks!

  • @stainlesstig

I miss analogue music in general - many are of the opinion that listening to digitial is just not the same as analogue - once upon a time it was all about the music and the 'feeling', now its about the look and the vid. I might be wrong but when was the last time u listened to a whole album in 1 sitting, most people nowadays dont even completely finish 1 song...ADD another digital distratcion..

  • @fishman106 fuck digital. it's like having a picture of a painting and claiming it to be painting. it's hollow-sounding and nonconducive to correct artistic representation, as you stated. albums should be heard A) whole, and B) with the pauses (due to side changes) which they were recorded around

  • @fishman106 what are you rambling on about? plenty of people still listen to whole albums.
