  • hahhahaha are u kidding me?

  • I can't seem to figure out what that does. It looks like it just brings all the exact same icons out onto a branch.

  • i agrea kiba-dock used to crash a lot! I couldn't get it work with feisty fawn! But now it seems ok...

Anyway i use now Cairo-Dock Wich is the most promising for me... It has a tons of options. It also compatible with widget layers... And it has great skins :)

  • linux has so many docks with so many confusing names , they all just intermingle and get confusing cairo-dock, akamaru physics, kiba-dock, gnome-dock blah blah blah. Which is best?

  • AWN is the most usable and reliable, so i would recommend that, although Cairo-dock has bettter eye-candy effects. Kiba-dock (which uses akamaru physics) is slow and unstable, and the gnome-dock project is dead.

As for all the different kinds of docks, thats what I love about linux: the choice. No two linux desktops are exactly the same ;)

  • lol, thats what i use > awn, i love linux but they need better names. ;-)

  • Kiba-dock svn is not slow or unreliable if you turn off the akamaru physics. I find that it's a very nice dock, with more features than AWN. *shrug*

  • i like eye candy :)

  • how could you make this effect. I installed cairo dock i did everything but i couldnt find an effect like yours

  • In synaptic search for cairo dock.

  • where did u get that ??and how to install iy
