This last one might not count, but the episode in which Shirley gives birth Britta calls herself the worst. Jeff responds "That's a discussion for another time" =P

It's first mentioned by Jeff (about Vaughn) in s01e04, and Britta also says it to Jeff when he's evicted from his apartment and she after she gives his faucets to him.
