A cover is a cover not a title. No one puts dates of the original song next to the title. The song title is Dude Ranch. so "Dude Ranch (1997) - Emo Cover" is not the title of the song, it's the title of your video. "Cover" may be seen in Parenthesis next to the actual title, but is not part of the title when it is describing what type of song it is (i.e. "Emo Cover). Example; Postal service- "great heights" (Iron & Wine cover)
listen, thats the way i title my videos, you have a problem with it, then sue me in Youtube court for misuse of the title... but it is MY COVER of the blink 182 SONG "EMO". the songs "NAME" is "EMO" if you were going to buy the song from itunes, you would select the song titled "EMO" and click purchase. If you wanted to look up the lyrics, you would type in "BLINK 182, EMO, LYRICS"
