@noremorse126 I am a fan of the Butcherblock server (it is where we play). There are a lot of good people on that one. We are not the most populated though. We are middle of the road.

@noremorse126 im on Freeport, i recommend it for newbs because it was initially the free to play server and got brought into the retail. Hence there are a ton of newbies, and when a server population displays the highest out of all, people tend to flock to it. sorry people on other servers not trying to nerf your population but, as a former EQOA player, i can tell you when things die down, one server is all that remains, and from what i can see, that server will be FP.

Hey man, I'm very new to this game, just dl'ed it since noticing its free to play. Do I lose out on alot for playing f2p style, or do you really have to pay to get the fun stuff? Also, at the begininning (i started where you did) is it worth it to harvest all those stones and logs and crap around? I see you guys didn't so I wonder if i wasted a ton of time lol.

@gdoggcasey It really depends on if you want to do crafting. The harvesting nodes are to get ingredients for crafting. The other good thing about harvesting is you will occasionally get rares that you can sell on the auction house for some pretty good money. This will allow you to keep your character in good gear while you level. We aren't doing it in the series because it is really boring to watch us harvest :)

@gdoggcasey when it comes to paying for the game or staying free 2 play it really depends on what you are wanting to do in the game. With any free 2 play game I always give the same advice, Play for free until you run into something you wants that costs money. If it is worth it to you then you can subscribe/buy it then. There is a ton of things to do in the game for free 2 play people so I would suggest trying it out that way first. Unless you want to play a premium class of course.
