@alienalienss - I suppose it's Munchinger's ~ but it's been played in similar orchestral fashion by so many conductors, that Munchinger may have been following some earlier transcription. Of course, Webern's famous transcription has quite a different feel than all the others I'm referring to. I will look into this some more.
