What concentration of salicylic acid should we use? Wart off is like 15% salicylic acid but it burns the skin off and seemed to make my ingrown hair even more infected (looks like burned, raw skin now..). Acne salicylic acid is like 2-3%...is there a special kind for ingrown hairs?
