Here's a strange situation for you to consider.. A dog is slowly wandering along the freeway, doesn't seem too concerned about the sirens or lights behind. It has teeth and is percieved to be dangerous, but you follow it for a distance... Put a 'human', in a dog suit at that time in the morning?!.. If they're wandering the highway, oblivious to they're surroundings, deemed to be dangerous.. Then they are immediately tazed and arrested!!!??.... Yes i'm bitter!!.... (and a little bruised)

That was an IDOT(Illinois Dept. of Transportation)Truck.......the driver was probably the 1st 1 to notice the dog because they're always out patrolling for stalled and disabled vehicles...the State police are hardly ever around there....
