I think before you re-do it you should watch the lesson that KSE has posted here on youtube because there were a lot of mistakes. 1.The intro riff / main riff was played incorrectly, 2. I think you're not in drop C, 3. You have too much extra feedback from unmuted strings, and 4. The chorus was played incorrectly, despite the fact that they sound somewhat the same.

5 pull off 6 on your A string, and then 5 on your F string. thats the way it is played.. play it over and over. then just changed the 6 to an 8 pull 5 for the high one. try it. betcha itll work. if your in drop c. haha

what he is sayin is that the notes may be right..... but where and which strings u play them on makes the difference. The beginning for example, he is playin the 3rd, 4th, and 5th strings from the top(D,G,B strings) however he could play the same notes on the 4th, 5th, and 6th string (G,B,e) and they would have a higher pitch. Thats all he is sayin man.

I didnt think it was thorrible cause it was much better then I can do, ...but yea its played wrong. It starts with ur first finger on the bottom string of the first fret then then 2 other fingers on the 5th fret with the next 2 strings then on the next part the finger on the first string of the first fret goes to the 3rd fret same string..sorry if it didn't make sense.

Eh, yeah rewatching your video I can see that the sloppy sound I'm picking up is mostly from the guitar tone, not necessarily the playing. There are some mistakes, but not many.

Although I am not a guitar player (yet) I can still tell the difference between 'sloppy,' and a ok (not a badass, hey im a pro) setup. Very few missed notes, plus you get the squealies in there (my favorite part lol). If you listen to what you are playing and the actual song, you can tell you aren't doin to bad. The only question I have is why you went with this part, instead of (what sounds like) the main part?
